Brother please reply Two day before i have little chest pain in left side for 3 to 4 mints but after 3 to 4 hours i have a very hard pain back side shoulder of left side but not in front and in arm or in jaws . This pain continues for three to four hours and after it become occasional. I done ECG two time with the difference of 12 hours and the Quantitative tropin I with govt hospital Sahiwal The result of the test is as < 0.01 ng /ml and reference is < 0.1 ng/ml Is it a heart attach symptoms

Get your abdominal ultrasound done to check your gallbladder. Also get a Vitamin D test and see a good general physician.
