Yes this is the Right Logic , Study videos must be watched in 1x or 1.25x Max Not More than that , I watch movies in 2.2x Speed because in movies their is nothing to learn but when we are doing some course & when we want to study something from internet we must not watch it too fast , movies are only for entertainment so we can watch them in 2x .......

I did felt the same thing you talked about productivity that running after being productive is actually doing the opposite effect as the attention span is also decreasing and i due to that i guess things meant for learning are not fully understood. The goal should be the learning and practice and also finding the way to understand your own way to understand like having more examples, learning more about the topic, analogy etc. Thanks for sharing and asking great questions whose answer i do need to work on.

yes, normally 1.5x, watching in 1x feels sleepy.. and I often get blinks while watching. On contrary, watching in 1.5x or 2x always keeps my brain in an alert state and I am able to pay very sharp attention to the concept.
