Thanks so much for sharing Aseel! Is it okay to ask, if you charge per room for your sevices, but then do a full house design like this one, how do you price that? As pricing a full house at the per room cost would add up quite high.

Hey! Lumion 8, you can find software I use in description!
*I hate autocad drafting, because I can't understand space planning, zoning in that because of my poor visualisation, so I make 2d plan in Autocad and import in sketchup, all the furniture are imported through 3d warehouse, I just do Autocad because I am in college, it's just waste of time for me except for drafting the plan*
*I would love to see video on sketchup, I haven't done any residential work on sketchup, only commercial thanks for the communication tip because you are right its possible to find furniture which looks similar but not exact*
*Even i listen to youtube videos when I'm working, **16:14** how did you do this*
Hey Mudassir! I understand your frustration with AutoCAD drafting, I have always said that my soul dies a little bit every time I use AutoCAD, HOWEVER 🙃 it’s a necessary evil, especially when later on you want to create RCPs and Electrical plans, this project didn’t require an RCP plan or an electrical plan so I could get away with just sketchup. I have been told Revit is excellent for creating plans, I am planning to give it a go soon! Thank you for your comment and for watching!
