      I too want to switch over to Freelancing as a 3D Generalist & do it as a full time career. Rather than being held back from a regular job that most people go to.

    The crisis changed a lot in the mind of people.... starting as a #freelancer is the answer of taking control of your own life

    Its not always a choice. May be people start Free lancing and doing self employed work largely because people have a hard time getting hired cant find a company that wants there skills enough.
    The accounting and legal side + a 9-5 and a reliable income are very desirable even if less flexible regarding things like training + many people specialising in different areas should be more productive even with the communication issues in large company's.

    • @malcolmsmith6380

      +Crunch Accounting Jobs seem to have segmented more there are more legal issues and potential law suits for company s as well as the legal issues for individuals freelances.
      The economic down turn has reduced spending .
      I wonder if an equivalent of a student loan to customers for services would be a practical way to find more work.
      ie a short standardised legal contract saying I will pay X1 amount per hour for this service paid back and adjusted for inflation from X2 % of my earnings over X3 amount per year or when you have X in savings and assets.
      That way you adjust your rates according to your evaluation of the risk you wont get paid back and get more work.
      The question is the cost and enforceability of such a contract.

    • @malcolmsmith6380

      +Crunch Accounting Company s are also very risk advertise due to so many no win no fee lawyers pushing risk and hence insurance up.

    Very informative Video. Yes the freelance revolution is not stopping any time soon. That is why there are more and more great tools being developed designed for the freelancer. Today there are many experts, these people have life experience, not degrees or certificates. If you have worked at a particular job for someone, in their office, you become an expert. More and more people are realizing this and taking the leap to freelance. The market lacks management tools designed for freelancers and that is where VSN has come to realize.

      +orangedac I know I have to make some websites and with guidance I can become a good web developer ,Manoj.y554@gmail.com mail me if u want to help , I have few friends from Singapore and Belgium who have started just like me. We need a supporting hand

    • @orangedac
      @orangedac 8 лет назад +5

      You gotta train yourself. There is no supporting hand. Use the hands you got and research the hell out of anything you need answers using the web. Its hard to make money doing this stuff unless you are really good at graphic arts, design, and other shit. The days of making shitty websites are long gone.
