I’m a gyaru! Thank you so much for doing this I think you captured everything from this substyle perfectly! ❤ but also one thing is that most of us don’t use white for our droops! It usually makes the makeup look more Dolly like then gyaru, but you honestly did so good!
lmfao, she did not perfectly capture everything from the substyle you can tell she used exclusively chinese gyaru as reference photos. i think chinese gals ARE gyaru.. but they’re anything but traditional. if you’re going for gyaru, its best to go for a japanese look chinese gyaru have a tendency to have the black all the way under the eye, while japanese hals shape it like a droop upwards eyeliner is also almost completely not a thing in japanese gyaru
@@Milkythefawn the ganguro and mamba pics are japanese 100%. Her look is just super polished and perfected, but actual gyaru makeup from the 00s is just more unnatural and messy. It is for sure what we would call bad makeup from a mainstream perspective, while hers is really good. 10 years ago I got very into the subculture, but never tried out any looks I just wanted to know everything about it as it seemed very interesting.

this is soooo good and from one gal to another: try not putting the white inside of the droop, only outside on the inner corner of ur eyes :) This makeup look suits u rlly well

Some quick tips! don’t fill in the droop with white, fill it in with black or brown or keep it plain. Don’t go for a upturned wing it looks more dolly/cosplay then gyaru , do make it downwards for that droopy effect. Blush is usually applied on the apples of the cheeks, (located on the fleshy part of your face when u smile) , also instead of bold dark lips try light pink lipstick, nude lips or concealer lips.

Kind of a baby Gyaru but just a few little tips! Try not to fill the droop with white as it makes it look more like a cosplay than Gyaru, also try to end the droop in the middle of the eye. Looks great!
For a tip!❤ Dont put white eye makeup inside the lower lash line, just under it! It gives off a more doll-look rather than traditional gal-styled makeup. But overall this is such a cute look🥰

next time maybe try not to fill the swoop you could even darken it a bit and just trace the outside with white but for this type of gyaru makeup i recommend not to fill that little area sry if this comes off rude love the makeup 🫶🏽

Gyaru is not really political, it’s about getting wild and expressing s3x appeal.While scene is a American music based subculture evolved from emo, unlike being shy and nervous (sometimes socially awkward) like emo, scene is more outgoing and fun!:D
It looks good but when you have the eyeliner on bottom it should start from like the half of your eye and the top shouldn't be so spiky because this is cosplay/doll makeup that you have and didn't make it gyaru but otherwise it's looking good
