This is actually SwapSpin. For Papyrus to be in the Chara position with one of these criteria, he’d have to either have been in Frisk or Sans. Since the Shift/Spin AUs don’t move Frisk, SpinSwap would just have another Frisk as Chara. So you wanna first put Papyrus in the Sans position, then spin it.
