i looked this up to see what this sounds like and confirmation on some rhythms (cause we were going to play it) and im already in love P.S Double Bass Player
that's not what "Grade X" means. its your years of study (with practice). you can be 25 and only to be able to play grade 2 music... or if you have been playing through your school for 4 years and not practicing over the summer, you might not be able to play grade 4 music. I played through my school for 5 years. then i moved and due to taking 4 AP classes i did not have time to actually practice adding in the fact i live in an apartment so i cant practice after 7 P.M. So now that its summer and im trying to practice. im finding that i have great difficulty playing grade 4 sheet music when i should be at grade 6. THIS IS WHY YOU PRACTICE SHEEPLES!!!
With practice, anybody can learn anything. I've been playing cello for four years and my middle school orchestra is learning to play this song. Everybody was rather surprised when we got this song, but I think we can practice enough to make it fantastic. I'm sure you can too. :)
Just started playing this song in orchestra, ITS Lit
I totally agree
how did it go?
@@3ormor3 bruh the comment was 4 years ago 💀

P.S Double Bass Player
Lara Hinton same I played this and I loved it
This was the only piece that our teacher gave us that was fun to play on the double bass and we didn't end up doing it. I was so mad
Bubsalot Bubbles - try looking at Basses Loaded by Carrie Lane Gruselle, its pretty neat especially the second part.
You want a fun base part, from a fellow base player try “Perseus” by soon hee newbold
@@jennerkittle1633 bro i play viola and that's about the best song ever.
I love this piece sm it’s so underrated
it really just takes confident and a strong will to learn this piece, that and lots of practice #violapower
I think for the bass, they messed up at 1:38. The bass should be playing along with cello there. Look at the sheet music to know....
It is there
Lara Hinton I meant that it came a little late...
Can't believe this is only a grade 4 piece!

Grade 4 does not mean you can only play this piece when you are 10 years old. It means that it is a high level piece.
Usually only 8th graders and high schoolers can play this piece
@@darshandesai7225 i was definitely not playing grade 4 in 8th grade lol
Violinist Violist Cellist all FTW!
double bass??...
@@darshandesai7225 I guess not XD
This is the most fire song Ive ever heard that doesn’t come from Soon Hee Newbold or Richard Meyer🔥🔥🔥🔥
I'm a double bass player and this really hard for me
do you think 7th grade violin like me could learn this in 1st violin?
