Toilet facility should be given after 1 hour of starting journey, but here after crossing the city, when passengers can use it almost 3 & 1/2 hours later. It is not helpful for older people & children also.

No its not like that..If Someone had some problem or it is an emergency then if u ask them they will allow to use but as its a long journey and capacity of water is limited so they made this rule otherwise if everyone use toilet from very starting of journey it may end the water..thats why they restrict use of toilet till bus is stopping for break..
