I have this problem for i think four or five days now (it is the 10.1.2023) and i am losing my mind about it. This is my only hope, but i have to go to the phoneshop, because i do not want to damage my phone. Nothing helped so far and i am p***ed about it. The thing is that it is (only) my second Samsung phone and the first time encountering this problem. Now i am worried that i could get this again on my third Samsung phone what I would us after this one is broken in any kind of non (or only expensive) fixable way.

that notification constantly popping up will drain your battery. I am able to clear it through a different method but the fix never lasts more than a few days. I believe this is planned obsolescence on Samsung part to force people to buy new phones....
dont worry check another solution in the first pinned comment if also didnt working just you should replace the charging motherboard with new one . maybe you dropped it in the water thats why this problem
