Thanks for an in depth, straight to the point review. I hate watching some of these reviews when they get off topic. You’re actually the first channel that I’ve ever subscribed to. Great work!
I love it and definitely a step in the right direction. My two thoughts on what could make this the dream bbq machine. Auger clean out system. If you have ever had to disassemble one of these to clean out an auger jam you will know exactly what I'm talking about. It's a ridiculous pain in the ass. #2 this thing is begging for wifi! Gotta run to the beer store half way through your Sunday brisket, no problem! Keep an eye on the temp while your stuck behind the coupon lady at the grocery store! Love it, but these two things would have sent this thing next level!
Interested to see how sealed the hopper really is. Love my classic but I have had to completely disassemble it twice due to auger jams from moister in this Alabama weather getting in the hopper and swelling up the pellets.
Have you had issues with your ash clean out system? the brush does nothing on mine and after only 6 or so hours of a cook, i have to find a way to stir the ash from the top, otherwise i get burn back into the auger. tried putting a support case in, but so far nothing has come of that.
Mine was the same way for about the first 5 cooks. Then it started working. I’m not sure if the mesh at the bottom of the pot had to loosen up or what but I did experience that same issue
I know a lot of folks have been jumping on the new Weber pellet grill bandwagon as of late, but this goes to show that Pit Boss has also been watching and learning from their competition (which is what Weber also claims they're doing as well). There are a TON of improvements on the new Pit Boss here over past models. Thanks for another great video!
Looks to be an excellent combo. I am a pellet grill owner and egg but this combination has many great features. Especially the griddle side or the straight gas for a solid reverse seer. Great step by step details of what the grill offers. Keep up the great work.
Thanks for this video! just bought my new PB Platinum KC Combo and the PB Platinum Brunswick vertical smoker , picking it up tomorrow, can't wait to get started with it, replacing my PB Pro series smoker and grill. Watched your video before buying these and realized how great this beast of a grill is!
I like the controls. Would rather have wifi rather than bluetooth. I love pitboss as I own 2 of them but the cooking surface on the smoker looks minimal. I already have a gas grill so no need for this. They should have sent you the platinum! Im interested to see if a small whole hog will fit. Cheers!
Can we somehow compare this grill with the combo grill from Lowe’s.??? I’m very decisive on which one is best to get and are the keys differences. Thanks in advance and great videos
Just saw it on line from Pit Boss. Price point is great. I have a call in to them for unanswered questions on the Lockhart. 1. Is a cover included, 2. That blue tooth connective is it good on Android or only IOS meaning Apple iPhone and 3. It say order on line at Wally is it going to be available in the stores. I just had a call back. Not sure if covered included. He did say blue tooth on android but said not available yet. And my 3rd question kept cutting out. Lost the call. Lockhart has a 40 lb. hopper and is about 51” wide. Ideal size for my patio. Thanks for the follow up. Now just depends on how soon Wally stocks it here in “fly over country”.
Just got my Pit Boss KC combo today. Doing the burn off tomorrow. My question is about the fan. I plugged mine in and when I turned the hopper off the fan continued to run. Will this eventually cut off? Or do I need to unplug my hopper after I’m done? Maybe you can answer this for me. This is my first wood pellet grill can’t wait to try it out. Awesome videos I going to definitely try some of your recipes out soon. Thanks for the help.
Weekend Warrior BBQ thank you. I was trying to find out if I should leave it plugged in or not. I smoked some drumsticks on it today and they turned out great. Next I’m going to try some ribs. I’m so glad I found your channel. Can’t wait to see what you smoke next.
1. Whats the range of the bluetooth setting? 2. Smoke setting is there still a P setting? if so how do you use it 3. Flame broiler vs propane side for a steak 4. Why you use your probe instead of the one installed? 5. Does the Smoke stack adjust?
Hi, Mike. 1. I havent used the app yet but I will follow-up and let you know. 2. The manual references a "P" setting in the table of contents but it must be a typo because that is the only place I could find it. 3. That will be a future video. 4. At the time I made the video, the app was not available and I wanted to monitor the temp remotely. 5. Yes, the smoke stack lid is adjustable.
Great Video! 2 Quick Questions I was hoping you can answer: 1. Is there an easy switch of drawer to pull the unused pellets out so they don't sit in there or do you have to scoop them out? 2. Can you place aluminum foil over the flame area to help with clean up and drippage since there is no room for a drip pan?
Hi, Dan. If you look on the side of the hopper there is a little square clean-out. There is a piece of plastic that pulls out of there and then there is a lever you pull out to release the pellets. You can use the foil when smoking and remove it if you want to grill.
Mike thanks for the video. I currently selling my Pitt Boss Egg and Thermos propane grill and plan to buy a pellet grill/smoker comb. I have it down to the Camp Chef Woodwind ($900) vs the Pitt Boss KC Combo $747. The Pitt Boss combo seems to cover smoking, grilling and hot plate but the smoking chamber isn't very large. I would rather have WiFi over Blue tooth. My wife and I don't really do much steak/hamburger anymore, so not sure the separate grill does much for us. It looks like having a larger smoker chamber with the side grill might fit our needs. Appreciate any comments from the group
Thanks, Mike. I think that if you don’t need the gas grill I would be looking at the Woodwind or the Pit Boss Lockhart. They both look to be really good pellet smokers. My buddy Ry just put out a video with the Woodwind you might want to check out ruclips.net/video/Q9-0Fk2jd3w/видео.html
I’m new to grilling. I just ordered this grill as my first grill ever. I dont like cleaning but I want to keep my cooking tools clean. Would you advise seasoning the grills and other stuff so it will be easy to clean up? Pls need advise before I use it. Thank you.
Score... Glad you got it. I am looking forward to seeing the whole line up. I'm looking forward to getting my Blackstone going... Proud for you Mike, Know your going to enjoy it...
Love watching all of your videos and reviews. I have a video request. I would love see all of your accessories and your behind the scenes "work". Like what knives you like. Your spritzer of choice. Louis' (R Shack) spritzer caught my attention as is is a pump up pressurized type. As far as the behind the scenes stuff, like how do you change out your pellets. Especially on the vertical smoker as it is really a challenge to empty the whole hopper. Do you empty the hopper after every cook to keep the pellets dry? How do you store your smokers? What video recording equipment do you use? Thank you for the work you put into entertaining/educating us. Biggs
Thanks, Biggs. That sounds like a good idea for a video. For now, you can check out how I empty my hopper in this video: ruclips.net/video/I84I9eNZUfQ/видео.html
HELP!! Just got my kc combo. Did everything by the book. Towards the end. When I hit the power button to turn off fan kept running like normal as it should but after over 30 minutes it was still running and my hopper started smoking!!!! Grill looks amazing would hate to return it can you please help please.
Hubby is pretty jazzed about this new Pit Boss. Was wondering if you could cover how messy and clean up after cooking burgers on it to broiler plates under it. Great video, thank you 🔥
Wow, looks awesome. Wonder what the price tag will be on it. It’s a little more grill then what I want. It would be great if I didn’t already have a blackstone and a has grill😊, but still cool to hav an all in one. Love the controller. FINALLY you can get those 75 temps. Hope they eventually put that controller in all models.
It funny, I have a 36” Blackstone and I’m like... what do I do with all of this stuff lol. Agreed on the controller... wish I had that one on my vertical.
I really don’t have anything bad to say about this other than it took up too much space. Most of the pellet grills available today can smoke and grill. If you think you need a griddle, get a small Blackstone.
Looks great! I’ve been thinking about moving away from a wood chip or regular smoker. The only thing keeping me back from it is how long can you smoke or cook on a full hopper? Is the only heat source from the pellets?
Thanks, John. I don’t know what the full cook time is yet on a 20lb bag of pellets but I can tell you this cook was 8 hours and the hopper was still over half full.
I just gave this grill to my husband Father’s Day present, but I wondering if we can use any kind of pellets or just pit boss brand kind ?? I will appreciate your response!!
Hi Quincy. Prior to Pit Boss sending me this, I only had one of those tiny Weber Q propane grills. I am pretty excited about having a larger cooking area when using propane. I think if I was shopping for a new propane grill it would be hard to pass up on a combo like this.
Looks like they have a pretty glaring design flaw. The grease trap insert for the flattop attachment should be designed to leave in full time and not have to remove gas tube cover (or as Weber would call it the "flavor bar")
Can you fit a 20lbs turkey in it? It also has a top smoke feature. Do you know how large that is? I have a traeger and am currently looking at the new weber smoker but this pit boss grill looks like a contender.
I’m out in the garage now... 8 3/4” from the main grate to the top of the smoker. Roughly 20” from side to side. About 4” of clearance from the top rack to the top of the smoker.
Thumbs up! Nice video and exciting new grill. Questions: At 14:40 it looked like you had a temp probe setup. How accurate was the PB RTD/controller versus your thermometer? Temp swings?
Thank you! I will show that in my next video when I'm cooking a pork shoulder. I've tested it twice now with similar results so I'm comfortable sharing what I found. No big surprises though...
Merry Christmas! This thing looks awesome. I know it was your first cook on the smoker but do you prefer the grill/smoker combo or just the straight vertical smoker?
Hey, Tyler! Vertical smokers have always been my preference and they are the one I know how to use best. With that said, I need really learn how to use this one. I love the controller on this new one... and the fan is super quiet after the initial start up. I’ve got 4 probes in there at the moment just trying to get a feel for how the heat is distributed.
To small a cooking area for my liking, but we'll see what the future holds, waiting on the Lockhart. The controller is "water resistant " how about keeping the pellets dry?
I really dont see a way for water to get into that hopper. Of course I could be wrong but it looks to be completely sealed and any water that gets into the "hinge" area is able to drain down a channel on the back left corner.
Nice rig for sure. Looking forward to seeing what you can do with it. I’ve cooked on BGE and PRIMO ceramics for 25 years and recently added a Rec Tec 590 Stampede pellet grill/smoker to mix. Really love the ease and convenience of the pellet grill.
I like that Rec Tec! My journey is a little different... I started out with pellet smokers and now I'm starting to play around with a drum smoker. Its a lot of fun. I enjoy cooking on all of them :)
Whats The Purpose Of The Flame Broil Plate In Smoke Chamber? Can You Use Without? I See A Lot Of Pain In The Butt Cleaning With That Plate.Love This Combo Please Do A Full Clean Up Review
Good question. The flame broil plate would be for someone who wants to cook a steak or other meat over a direct wood flame. If you dont plan on using it, I would just cover it in aluminum foil so its easier to clean.
Ok Buckeye I lost you off Instagram and my email addresses. This video upset me. I had my budget all planned out to go to Wally World on the 11th and get me a PB Classic. Now I have to hold on till I see this one and what the price point is. Measuring right to left, or left to right what is the overall width? And what is the weight empty. I would think that would be on the box, maybe? I did in a write up it has a 30 pound hopper. I hope the price point is affordable.
Weekend Warrior BBQ that’s what I wanted to know. That could replace my Weber gas and my big Copperhead. Maybe. Any idea on price point yet and how soon Wally will get them?
Weekend Warrior BBQ 51 1/4 works for me. Space on my little patio is limited. If it works as good as hyped it would solve a lot of space issues for me. Waiting for your burn in and first cook videos.
Exactly. I think a lot of people who have gas grills that are ready to be replaced will be interested in this. You can do just about anything in this rig. I have no idea what the price point might be.
Very nice! Curious to see how it smokes compared to the vertical smoker. I have a smaller Pit Boss pellet grill which does ok smoking but have also been looking at the vertical smokers. This new one looks to have it all and has a very nice controller. Everything looks high tech on it. I bet it retails out of my price range! Looking forward to seeing some more cooks on this monster of a Pit Boss!
HEY MIKE, that was a awesome video my friend, you explained everything in great detail, and I just love your new toy, and I can wait to see what you smoke and cook on it. You can do all your cooking and smoking using just one unit and that is the way to go. AWESOME JOB MIKE. GOD BLESS YOU BROTHER.!!!
Did it come with a cover?? Just bought one , but I'm unable to find a cover online for sale anywhere , including Pit Boss, if you have any information on this please share. Thanks
Hi Glenn. I’m out in the garage looking at it now and it looks like it is welded in the corners and then they ran a bead of silicone around the entire length.
Merry Christmas white flame!!! 🔥🔥 nice review man 👍🏼👍🏼, I really like the fact that now you can actually set the temp at 275° not like mine that goes from 250° to 300° ☹.. happy day brotha!!
I bought the Pitboss vertical a couple months back, wish I knew this was coming down the line , I would have ditched my Bar B Q. Oh well some day maybe.
I watched the official Pitt Boss "how to" video for this grill and the chef mentioned that the top of the smoked stack can be opened or shut to produce more or less smoke. And there's no mention of that in the manual. Anyone know if all the way up or all the way down produces more smoke?
I think he must have misspoke. As far as I know the chimney cap is to keep rain out of the pit and you can adjust it up and down to help maintain the heat. In the winter months I dial the cap down to about half way closed. In the summer I’ll open it up a little past half way. The only way to produce more smoke is to cook at a lower temperature
@@WeekendWarriorBBQ Thanks for the supper fast response. I like to cook as much as possible on this smoker. But I've found that when I'm cooking meat for only an hour or so, even at the lowest temps, I don't get any smoke flavor or crust (I'm assuming because it's so efficient). So is the only way to really increase the amount of smoke by using a pellet cage?
Yeah, you are right. That PID controller has that smoker burning super clean and I noticed the same thing. The pellet cage or tube is the way to go for the shorter cooks.
Got mine at wally world week before july 4th they had 1 in box (the one I bought) and 2 built for display. I was also lucky to get the last cover made for this as it is an unusual shape the specific grill cover is needed imo
Thanks for the video. Like to see how many racks of ribs you can get on there. Like the versatility. Not sure I like the 25 degree temp increments or battery igniter. Other than that, it looks pretty nice. Thanks
Edward, They sent me the KC Combo to do an unboxing but if I had a choice on what to unbox, I would have chosen the Lockhart. I just think that is more my style. I already have a bunch of propane grills and I already have a griddle.
@@redbirdsjunkie that's my point. The flame broiler is useless. BC in order to keep it clean and functional you have to cover it w foil thus making it unusable
Eric Smith It still serves a purpose, I just choose to line it because I don’t open up the broiler grates for sears. As with all pits, parts get dirty so you’ll simply give it a clean like any other part. It’s also tilted at a slight angle which allows grease to drip into a grease pail on the side.
Jon Pruitt you’re welcome. I have been cooking in a 36” Blackstone griddle for years and the griddle they give you is of the same quality. Super heavy duty and retains heat. It gets up to about 500 degrees. Seasoning it took me about an hour... heat it up and rub it with a little bit of oil every 20 minutes.
Isn't Scramble, Stir-fry, Saute the same thing. 11-1 in 1 ? I still want one …. LOL. Maybe the next model will have the probes regulating the controller. Pit Boss making Pit Masters!
Thank you, Mike! I just got mine all set up over the weekend and was trying to get a better lay of the land. This was amazing! I'm going to do my burn-off tonight so I can start using this bad boy all year long. Then tomorrow I'll season the grill. (Is that part 2?)
Weekend Warrior BBQ Sorry, I was referring to the pellet grill side (the drip tray/pan underneath the cooking grids)... it looked like it might be stainless...
As of today (12/26) the 3 unlikers must be: 1. Traeger 2. Weber 3. Someone who prematurely just bought a Pit Boss pellet smoker and now wants to have this beauty.
It will be interesting to see where it comes in price wise. I’m thinking in the higher end because it’s a combo. And the controller with all the bells and whistles/ Bluetooth.
@@WeekendWarriorBBQ I agree Im kind of eyeballing the new gravity fed charcoal grill by masterbuilt it has a pellet grill controller and heat range from 165-700ºF and you can still smoke if you so choose
This one has the griddle that is becoming more popular as well as the gas grill it basically is just an upgraded version of the lowes version for that reason
I like some of the features Too large of a footprint WiFi is cool I have a pit boss 820 which I’d keep over this thing Just got a Traeger pro 780...which I’d take over this thing as well In my opinion as a pit boss owner they missed the mark on this. Make a platinum 820 without the propane side stove. Less is more.
I wish they would have went with stainless or cast for the grates. I have three sets of porcelain grates that were rusted and flaking that were sent to me from support. I lost my faith in this company and switched brands. The other issue is with the heat fluctuations with the controller and the steel broiler cover rusting.
More money then most of us can afford. And if it isn't any better at temp swings then there other pits it's a waste of money. 60+ degree swings are crazy. Looks nice though
The smoker is decent except the temp settings only graduate in 20 deg at a time(180 200 220). Customer service absolutely sucks. Nobody answers calls emails are returned in a couple weeks other than the generic response. Ive had two problems within a couple months and neither has been resolved.
I sent an issue with my grill on assembly it was missing the grease catch bucket i received a generic email back then nothing a couple days later the bucket arrived in the mail. Was glad they resolved issue promptly but more interaction would have been nice to know that they were sending the missing component

4 full racks maybe 5 good for a family byt any larger gathering you probably need a vertical smoker

Great review Mike! Looks like a slick unit! Looking forward to what you cook on it!
Smoky Ribs BBQ how would you compare this to the Campchef woodwind 24 with sidekick?
Does the pit boss 7 does cold too?
Dang. The pellet side alone has more cooking space on the bottom grate than my Traeger Pro 575, and it's cheaper!
Can you use propane on the grill side or is it only pellets ?
What is the little chain that hangs by the tank? When I received mine it was broken and idk the purpose of it?
It is a match holder. For times when the ignition button isn’t working
Hi I am having a problem with installing the pallet knob? Did you have any issues?
The knob for the broiler plate?
Congratulations Mike you do awesome job for Pit-boss The wings look delicious good job

I’m out in the garage now... 8 3/4” from the main grate to the top of the smoker. Roughly 20” from side to side. About 4” of clearance from the top rack to the top of the smoker.
@@WeekendWarriorBBQ there is a top smoker for vertical smoking to this unit i believe. Do you know how hot the top gets when smoking in that function?
That is a different model than what they sent me. That one is called the Lockhart and looks pretty awesome
Good job with the video... this new pit boss looks interesting, I’ll be looking forward to more of your videos with it.
That plate comes in and out super easy but is also slanted so grease will flow out of that chamber into the grease collection area
Is there a hopper clean out on this for if you want to change pellet flavors??
yes there is. you just pull out the little lever on the side and they come out a little chute in the back.
So, you’re telling me you can’t let out specs before the big reveal
Hi, John. Assembled Dimensions are: 69.1" x 51.4" x 26.7" Empty weight is 256.8 pounds which includes the griddle.
Very cool cooker, like you said it looks well thought out!
What’s the thing on the side of the hopper for?not the handle the thing with the thumb screw in it
That is the hopper clean out.
I just purchased this grill. It will be here Friday!
Just snagged one of these from Walmart to replace my blackstone and 700 classic!
Did it come with a cover?? Just bought one , but I'm unable to find a cover online for sale anywhere , including Pit Boss, if you have any information on this please share.
Thanks
Someone left a comment that Walmart has them in stock but I have not been able to find them. I need a cover for mine as well.
@@WeekendWarriorBBQ ok well if I am able to locate one I will reply here, please do the same, cheers
Viking Blood will do
@@WeekendWarriorBBQ I spoke directly with PitBoss and the representative told me that a cover will not be out on the market for maybe 2 more months
Hi Mike - was that silicone on the folds just right of the burner pot or proper welds ( 6.00 minute mark ) ?
Hi Glenn.
I’m out in the garage looking at it now and it looks like it is welded in the corners and then they ran a bead of silicone around the entire length.
Weekend Warrior BBQ personally l would remove it may not be safe when heated ?
Merry Christmas white flame!!! 🔥🔥 nice review man 👍🏼👍🏼, I really like the fact that now you can actually set the temp at 275° not like mine that goes from 250° to 300° ☹.. happy day brotha!!
Merry Christmas to you as well 😁. Yeah I was really happy to see all of the different temperature presets.
Would be cool if it had a channel from the pellet side to the gas side to use the gas side as a cold smoke chamber.
enderst that is an awsome idea
You can just load a smoker tube in the gas side same effect
How hot can you get the searing area with the shield open? (for searing stakes)
I have got the grates to about 650f it is a great backyard tool
Feenin to see how that Bluetooth/Wi-Fi works #Exciting 👍🏾
I bought the Pitboss vertical a couple months back, wish I knew this was coming down the line , I would have ditched my Bar B Q. Oh well some day maybe.
I just bought the Pit Boss 4 in 1 and wish I knew this was coming out as well.
Oh well some of us just can’t win. 😃
Why are these out of stock and never restocked at walmart? Do you know where I can get one? Thanks
I don’t know. CampChef makes an excellent smoker too.
Thanks
Wow what a fun toy
How much does it cost? And would it include a rotisserie attachment?
$747.00
Nice job. Now, do I get the KC Combo or the Lockart?
Edward, They sent me the KC Combo to do an unboxing but if I had a choice on what to unbox, I would have chosen the Lockhart. I just think that is more my style. I already have a bunch of propane grills and I already have a griddle.
Merry Christmas brother Mike
Thyron, Merry Christmas to you and your wonderful family 😁
How's this compared to Green mountain grill
I really can’t answer that. I have only used Pit Boss pellet smokers.
Wow nice combo and great review!
I have a hard time believing that flame broiler slider won't get all gummed up w grease and build up
Eric Smith I line mine with foil for all of my cooks and use a cast iron skillet when I’m ready to sear my steaks. Problem solved.
@@redbirdsjunkie that's my point. The flame broiler is useless. BC in order to keep it clean and functional you have to cover it w foil thus making it unusable
You just clean it periodically it’s not a problem
Eric Smith It still serves a purpose, I just choose to line it because I don’t open up the broiler grates for sears. As with all pits, parts get dirty so you’ll simply give it a clean like any other part. It’s also tilted at a slight angle which allows grease to drip into a grease pail on the side.
I’ve had mine for just at a year now and I’ve not had a problem with the slider although I clean it every 5-10 uses
Is there a heat blanket so you can use it in the cold
They sell them for their other models. I assume that they will offer one for this as well.
Thanks for your quick response. How's the griddle side and how is it to season?
Jon Pruitt you’re welcome. I have been cooking in a 36” Blackstone griddle for years and the griddle they give you is of the same quality. Super heavy duty and retains heat. It gets up to about 500 degrees. Seasoning it took me about an hour... heat it up and rub it with a little bit of oil every 20 minutes.
Looks good. Very interesting rig
Very nice set up
Awesome!!!
My next grill
Isn't Scramble, Stir-fry, Saute the same thing. 11-1 in 1 ? I still want one …. LOL. Maybe the next model will have the probes regulating the controller. Pit Boss making Pit Masters!
Woah now. I rely on you for alot of Vertical Smoker stuff. Don't let this new smoker make you forget about the Copperhead.. it is really nice though.
Dont worry, John! I'll still be doing a lot of vertical smoker videos :)
No water pan?
That’s right. No water pan 😁
Makes me think of the new camp chef wood fire
If they mad pellet and charcoal combo I would buy one
Does it come with a PID controller?
???
Correction: It is a PID controller according to their website.
Weekend Warrior BBQ
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻
Thank you, Mike! I just got mine all set up over the weekend and was trying to get a better lay of the land. This was amazing! I'm going to do my burn-off tonight so I can start using this bad boy all year long. Then tomorrow I'll season the grill. (Is that part 2?)
Is drip pan stainless?
If you are referring to the drip pan under the griddle, it is porcelain coated I believe
Weekend Warrior BBQ Sorry, I was referring to the pellet grill side (the drip tray/pan underneath the cooking grids)... it looked like it might be stainless...
I need pitboss to give me a grill!! On My 1100 pro series the igniter went out 😔 sucks for me until I get me a new igniter
Juan Mata this is not good to hear . I have pro series . How much for the igniter
Joe B I’m still looking for one.. found some online but not sure if I’m going that route.. can’t always trust eBay or amazon you know what I mean??
Man wait till you see the new Lockhart
You said “KC” Combo. Does that mean, hopefully a KC without the combo?
As of today (12/26) the 3 unlikers must be:
1. Traeger
2. Weber
3. Someone who prematurely just bought a Pit Boss pellet smoker and now wants to have this beauty.
I didnt like it because you cannot convert to natural gas. THAT ALONE IS BS
You lucky DOG I can't wait to see the price tag on these
It will be interesting to see where it comes in price wise.
It’s a great time to be a consumer looking for a new smoker!
$747.00
@@WeekendWarriorBBQ thats not terrible for the size
I WAS WONDERING IF YOU HAD INSIDE INFO ON THE PLATINUM SERIES
lol! The inside info is now outside 😁
Do you know anything about the other Platinum series that's coming with the cabinet?
Negative
That light feature would definitely be a game changer. I always have to hold my flashlight at night when I'm using my pitboss.
Why is pit boss coming out with 2 combo grill at the same time one at lowes and one a wallmart
You must not know too much about economics and general supply and demand I take it?
@@MrMusix101 Why not just answer the question instead of being a typical social media dickhead
This one has the griddle that is becoming more popular as well as the gas grill it basically is just an upgraded version of the lowes version for that reason
Wow, Bluetooth and no WiFi? Really disappointed by that. Everything else looks pretty sweet.
I like some of the features
Too large of a footprint
WiFi is cool
I have a pit boss 820 which I’d keep over this thing
Just got a Traeger pro 780...which I’d take over this thing as well
In my opinion as a pit boss owner they missed the mark on this.
Nice don man hmmmm
You betcha
The smoker is decent except the temp settings only graduate in 20 deg at a time(180 200 220). Customer service absolutely sucks. Nobody answers calls emails are returned in a couple weeks other than the generic response. Ive had two problems within a couple months and neither has been resolved.
I sent an issue with my grill on assembly it was missing the grease catch bucket i received a generic email back then nothing a couple days later the bucket arrived in the mail. Was glad they resolved issue promptly but more interaction would have been nice to know that they were sending the missing component
