should add to the nogarlic noonion a no teflon. Looks and feels delicious, but teflon of the pans are peeled and definitely go into food....stainless steel is the safest.
I used to go to Batroun on my birthday day out when no body was speaking about Batroun. They were telling me why do you go there. Nothing to do...
Next trip to Lebanon I will consider 2 days there for sure

Habibi you're excelling in this field truly pioneer work. We need global audience beyond the target views of Lebanese. Need to hit the spot with tourists who will come enjoy and sing the praises of Lebanon. One of the biggest obstacles in travel is price and the fear of not knowing the price or can I afford it. Maybe making a series of travel for non Lebanese people and capturing the experience, costs across all spectrums. Accommodation, travel and dining costs from street food to cuisine eating. Habibi these are the most asked questions I keep being asked by my friends and the utmost important one is how safe.
