I watch your videos all the time. Well done. I think its missing here but the video camera makes backsplashes hard to see if they are the same color as the walls. And that should be a standard item, too. Great house.

The builder actually completed one which one of my clients is under contract with. Same floor plan, doesn’t have a foyer.

I believe at $325K, all the fees (closing costs,etc., should be paid by the seller, depending on how bad they want to sell.
