- TRES LECHES CAKE | THREE MILK CAKE RECIPE
* Ingredients for the vanilla sponge cake:
- 2 cups all purpose flour (240 grams)
- 3/4th teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 5 eggs (yolks and whites separated)
- 1 and 1/4 cups caster or granulated sugar (250 grams)
- 1/2 cup milk (120 ml)
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
* Ingredients for the syrup:
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk (397 grams)
- 2/3 cup whole milk (160 ml)
- 2 cups heavy dairy cream (nestle or olpers) (400 ml)
* Ingredients for the frosting:
- 2 cups whipping cream (480 ml)
Brand( whippy whip/Rich’s or silver)

My basic tip for theee milk cake,
Make the cake one day before, pour the liquid mixture on the sponge and freeze it for overnight, then cut the freeze cake in two layers and add cream in between and on top chill it and serve.boom..🤝🔥🔥

Yes you can. Just reheat it in a microwave so the milk soaks in faster.
