Hey just to let you know your AIO water cooler is facing the wrong way in your PC. If you keep it that way air is gonna get stuck in the pump and ruin it.
bro PLEASE get a broadlink RM4 bro, its a smart remote controller for IR and RF devices. You could control all of those LED remotes with Alexa OR your phone that are not already compatible with alexa by themselves. It also can control TVs, Fans, Air Conditioners etc and make dumb devices smart if they use any sort of remote control.

The light is flickering because of the frame rate & shutter speed of the camera being used. Adjust those until you see it stop flickering.
