Are you losing scav rep carrying the radio? I havent tested it but a few ppl have said that if you have it equipped and kill a scav you lose rep.

I have been getting destroyed by AI in the PvE more so then in PvP, they seem to just one tap me in the thorax if I dont wear lvl 5 amor

Yeah, they do seem a lot more active and dynamic!!

I have the same issue in pvp mode, i could only survive it with a level 6 forehead protection against all the insta headshots.
