Another really useful video. I never realised the Ionians and the Yor civilians on the same planer equals a malus. Hopefully you will be continuing the campaign play through you started as I learnt a lot from watching you play that. My first campaign as the Vampire Queens (female variety😊) is an absolute blast and am 2nd out of 12 players overall but military only 5th and lagging a bit behind on population. All the best Ian
You did AI generated civilization? I haven't tried that yet. I will pick the Terran game up again. I focus mainly on play throughs but the 'tutorial' was getting a bit inaccessible for learning about a given topic. So there will be two types of GC4 videos coming from me.
Imagine living on Rapeto II, sitting in your home after a long day of work, sipping a nice warm beverage, when suddenly the doorbell rings, you look and see it's a priest, then unknowingly opening the door, and the first thing the priest asks is: *"Do you know The Way?"*
*Me, five seconds in:* Hey, that isn't Earth, I thought this was going to be a continuation of the other videos. (Though thinking about it, it kinda makes sense to jump to other situations in a tutorial.)
In the games I played in March of 2024, you can attack a colony ship and you get the ship, with Pops, in your fleet. I haven’t tried this in two months… so things may have changed?
Good stuff, thanks!

I will pick that thread back up. But I was straight up running a fever recording that last week! Been sick all week.
Also I do want the tutorial stuff to be more 'searchable' like the Moo2 series was broken up.
@@redoover Aya, hope you get well soon!
And yeah, it's totally understandable, it just threw me off at the start watching it.
