You had trip sevens and dealer had trip nines. Why not a bad beat
Has to be between trip 10s - trip Aces. Trip 7s don’t qualify
So that metal slot is against the "designated player"? Not the house? I'm sorry, I'm in Jacksonville, and the card rooms don't have "jackpot" slot on any of the games.

How does the bad beat bonus exactly win? The dealer had a royal
Trip 10s or higher on the losing hand! Pairs for instance don't count because its common to get pairs in terms of odds!
I know the book doesn’t say it but if I get king ace, or some thing strong like that, I bet it I wait and bet the minimum, but I bet it

I like Wild Card Stud better because now DJ Wild is shortchanging you with the Bad Beat bet.
That's stupid. It's so hard to get any nad beat, they should go back to any trips.
Play with a pair of 4's or better.
