This guy inspired me to learn to play the oud. Now he moves in other worlds. But energy cannot be destroyed, only changed. Part of him lives through every person inspired by his talent and work. Grateful to RUclips for immortalizing him here.

What make oud so special is that when played it seems as if it has a soul and a mind of its own. Loved it ever since I was a kid and still love it
It reminds me of that warm feeling when I was young sitting on my grandpa's lap waiting for him to tell me one of his stories.
Because of the oud has 11 strings A,B,C,D,E,F only A is a single string and the rest is double strings which give you much more tones and there are rare versions of oud that has more strings and give more authentic music.
try to listen to the " el Qanon music instrumental " you will find it much much harder than the oud
The oud must have been brought down from heaven by angels because it feels so difficult to go back to mundane life after listening to this instrument

because the oud he used has 13 strings .... so he managed to achieve reach some register's notes the normal oud or guitar cant achieve the same notes.

really amazing. as an Indian who lived in the Arab world for most part of my life and right now living in Europe, I say that the world is almost entirely ignorant of the potential of the Arabs. we need more people who would be ambassadors of good faith just like this talented young man here who showed how heavenly Arabic musical instruments can be. personally I'm also a big fan of Arabic food especially the shawarma
