BOBS YOUR UNCLE is British saying. In 1887, British Prime Minister Robert Gascoyne-Cecil appointed his nephew Arthur James Balfour as Minister for Ireland. The phrase 'Bob's your uncle' was coined when Arthur referred to the Prime Minister as 'Uncle Bob'. Apparently, it's very simple to become a minister when Bob's your uncle!
We also use "Bob's Your Uncle" in Canada. We also say "Well I'll be a monkey's uncle" when something amazingly simple happens that you wouldn't have thought of. I have a 2 1/2" circle punch that I have made those pockets/tucks with but never thought of putting a ribbon through them like you did as in a tag ♥ I love the little bookplates/tags that you stamped. I have tiny ones from a dollar store so thank you for the ideas ♥ ☺♥
Hi E love these ideas. Bob's your uncle is an English expression so that's probably why it is more popular around New England. Keep well don't work too hard x
Not sure where I picked up this trick, but to condition my stamps I press them into my versamark pad - don't wipe off - and then ink up. Works like a charm.
I email links to myself and, once there in my mail, I move them to my drafts folder. That way I don't have to worry they aren't on the device I am using. I can get to my email from most of my devices. Also, I adore your grandchildren stories. Grandkids are just the best.
Yes I do that every day I go and reach something I knock over about 3-4 things in the floor. Thank you I really enjoyed tonight talk thank you for showing how to make different items. Have a good day.
Hi miss E. That was an octagon shape you could think of. Yes I also have those days where if I'm not dropping something of one side of my desk I'm dropping it off the other side. Love these ideas too. Thanks

Hi, a book plate is also a deccorated paper label with your name on it that you put on the inside front cover of a book to show it belongs to you in case you loan it to someone. They are usually about the size of a wallet photo. Gloria
Putting the circle with the brad through the edge of your page would make a cute flip out or hanging it over the page as a removable "journaling tuck spot" would be cute, also. I love watching your videos and down home conversation. Sharing your oops moments makes you relatable. Blessings to you and Mr. Whit.
Like these ideas thank you. I'm thinking I could use rectangular nesting dies & black cardstock to create frame ... so many options thanks for inspiration 😍

E can you talk about what weight of paper to use for pockets, tags and journal pages. I am not sure if I am buying the right weight. Is 65 lb the right weight or should I be getting 110? Do I need to keep a variety on hand for certain journal items?
"Bob's your uncle" is a phrase commonly used in the United Kingdom and Commonwealth countries that means "and there it is" or "and there you have it" or "It's done". Typically, someone says it to conclude a set of simple instructions or when a result is reached. The meaning is similar to that of the French expression "et voilà!" or the American "easy as pie" or "piece of cake".
Help! Can you please give me the name of your daughters utube sight? Im trying to find a video she did with two envelopes and wrap around pages ..Can't find them or her!! Sorry!
I don’t know why I missed this, but I am glad I was able to see it!❤ Thank you for sharing your talents!❤

'Bob's your uncle and Mary's your aunt' perhaps the history was from orphanages
I thought
“ And Bob’s ya Uncle
“ was an Auzzie saying.
