3RACHA is producing team of straykids. And their songs credits is mind blowing. BANGCHAN credited of 161 songs, CHANGBIN 139 and HAN 135 songs. They produce almost all of straykids songs & makes skz as leader of 4th gen

The guy who rapped the english verse (who you compared to a uk rapper) is called bang chan. He is the leader of stray kids. He is a main producer, vocalist, sub rapper, and writes lyrics. He basically does everything you could imagine when contributing to the group/groups music. It's quite funny that u said he reminded you of a UK rapper, because hes actually australian. 3RACHA is a subunit in stray kids. They were the first three members and now they have credits of producing and writing on almost all of stray kids songs. Stray kids has 8 (formerly 9, but a member left) members and consists of three subunits: 3RACHA (Bang chan, Changbin, and Han), Danceracha (Felix, Hyunjin, and Lee Know), and Vocalracha (I.N and Seungmin). Even though they have subunits, that does not mean anything because all the members can dance, rap, and sing extremely well. All the members are korean except for Bang chan and Felix; they are both Australian.
Some song recommendations I would give are "Super Bowl" (entirely english song), "Heyday", "FREEZE", "Get Lit", "TOPLINE", and "DOMINO". Those are some of my favorite songs from stray kids and if you are into heavy rap then you would probably like them. If you are into more melodic stuff I would definitely check out "Scars", "Spread my Wings", "Hellevator", or "TASTE". Although I personally think all of Stray Kids discography is amazing.
Hope this helped and I will look forward to your future Stray Kids reactions!!

Hey, 3racha is producing team of Stray kids, SKZ have currently 8 members. 3RACHA has been also sort of predebut hip hop oriented unit. Bang Chan personaly picked other members of SKZ. Also Racha is kind of joke btw fandom, so Stays (fans) started to call dancers danceracha, vocalists vocalracha, even their pets are petracha. SKZ members are using it as well. Rapline in SKZ are in last releases mostly Han, Changbin, Hyunjin and Felix. Stays love Bangchan rapping unfortunately he blesses us with it so little. But we are not mad ať him because his singing skills are top tier.

the reason bangchan's english rap is so good is because he grew up in australia! he was born in south korea but moved to australia when he was young, so he grew up speaking both english and korean. when he has the time between busy schedules he goes live on youtube and will speak in both english and korean to fans as well as listening to other artists music. and theres 8 members in straykids, not 9. a member left in 2019 and since then it has always been 8, but google hasnt updated it lol.

  • @foxylady1692
    @foxylady1692 Год назад +16

SOOOOOOO I saw that EVERYONE explained a lot to you already! LOL
There are 5 rappers actually in the group (but with the subunits there are 3Racha- Chan, Changbin, and Han, there's DanceRach- Lee Know, Hyunjin, and Felix, and there's vocalRach- Seungmin and I.N-----> BUT they can all sing, rap and dance, which is freaking insane!), and there are 8 members (they started as 9).
3Racha were the beginning of the group, and they started as 3Racha when they were around 17, that's why Chan, the English rapper (who is also a vocalist) (He's Australian Korean by the way and Felix from the group is also Australian Korean, both moved to Korea to become artists/Idols), says that they're doing this since 17.
Han and Changbin, the other 2 in 3Racha, can also sing, and Han's voice is very diverse too and can go to really high notes when he sings, one of the 3 main vocalists too.
And I'm sure you've been told, but they are also the producing team in Stray Kids, they write, produce, compose and arrange their own music, which is very uncommon in the kpop industry...most of the other groups have some other companies/songwriters that create and control their sound, but they create everything themselves.
WELCOME to the STAY (fandom name) FAMILY!
I loved your reaction, and especially the attention to the lyrics :D
If you react to more Stray Kids then I'm here to STAY! :D

There is 3 sub units in stray kids : 3racha is the producing unit containing bang chan and han jisung and seo changbin ,and danceracha is the dancing unit containing lee know and hyunjin and felix and ,the last unit is vocalracha is seungmin and i.n (yang jongin) the youngest members .
Stray kids do sometimes a unit songs but 3racha deputed as the main producing unit in skz (short for stray kids) well not just 3racha can rap all of them can and also sing in sweet vocals too.😊
And for bang chan’s part well he’s Australian so you can hear his accent while doing his verse
Also felix the one with deep voice is australian too
If you want more of 3racha or other songs contains the rappers check (heyday - muddy water - we go )
And for the all members you need to check (the tortoise and the hare ot 8 - maze of memories ot 8 ) those two songs have two versions one with 9 members and one with 8
Stray kids used to be 9 but now they’re just 8 members
    Loved your reaction 🫶🏽

i really enjoyed the video, it's really nice seeing people actually try to look further in the meaning of the songs (even if the translations aren't exact) and the video was all around pretty enjoyable!
since a lot of people have already mentioned how they fit into stray kids i'll go into a bit more depth for 3racha's role and history.
3racha are actually a subunit that predates stray kids (skz debuted in march of 2018 and the first 3racha song released on their youtube dates back to 1st february 2017) and were somewhat the building blocks to stray kids. because of this, all their first songs are still on youtube and soundcloud and it definitely is worth it to check it out. some of those songs are still to this day staples in the fandom (e.g. "Matroyshka", "Scene Stealers", "Runner's High", "Double Knot" and the all mighty "Wow"). They also have songs that heavily influenced skz songs down the line; the most obvious would be "hoodie season" who was redone to fit all the members but remained practically the same.
ultimately, they kind of were the building blocks for skz as Bang Chan was asked to make a group and naturally he turned to Han and Changbin to start it so we really do owe them a lot. especially since they are the masterminds behind practically all of skz's enormous discography; all three of them are in komca's (korean music copyright association) top 30 most credited idols (with chan and changbin both in the top 20) and are some of the youngest and most recently debuted on the list. it's just always nice to see 3racha only unit songs they make now that they have so much more experience and more resources. their older work is really good but they have improved a lot as well while not losing any passion so seeing where they are now is so heartwarming. not to mention that those unit songs allow them to explore genres they don't normally in full group songs hence the reason 3racha exists in the first place!

Bang Chan- Stray Kids' leader, is a big grime and drill fan. He actually shouted out Skepta in a rap a few years ago when they just started and Skepta tweeted about it. Stray Kids don't really have set positions anymore, their song Muddy Water is sort of done by the rap line (Changbin, Han, Hyunjin, Felix) but that's more because Bang Chan tends to sing a bit more in their 8-member songs. 3racha is the producing rap unit Bang Chan set up before forming Stray Kids (he picked all the members which is very unusual for kpop), so Bang Chan tends to rap more on 3racha songs. Because Stray Kids are self-produced they make a lot of music, and they often do unit tracks where a few members will get together in different combinations and write songs. Their lyricism is always pretty deep so in the future it might be worth listening through for the sound and again for the lyrics. But if you want a full English song Super Bowl on their last album is entirely in English. They also just released Topline, which was a collab with another Korean rapper called Tiger JK who is known as the 'father of Korean hiphop', who might be worth checking out.

I would love to hear you guys react to more 3racha! I would especially recommend P.A.C.E - takes inspo from Skepta (Bang Chan even mentions him in his verse).
If you want to hear all of Stray Kids rapping (ot8) i would recommend Maze of Memories or Tortise and the Hare. Stray Kids are a very rap heavy group although they can do everything even ballads.

  • @miao541
    @miao541 Год назад +3

There’s 8 members in stray kids and all of them can sing, dance and rap. There is 3 sub units -3Racha, Danceracha, Vocalracha. 3Racha (Bang Chan, Changbin, Han) is the producing unit of the group, they produce all of Stray kids’ music, they’ve were together before stray kids were fully formed. Danceracha (Lee Know, Hyunjin, Felix) they’re the main dancers of the group, they often help with choreography. Vocalracha (Seungmin, I.N) they’re the main vocalists of the group.
    The members are:
Bang Chan - ‘97, leader of the group, producer, rapper, singer, dancer. He is friends with so many people in the Kpop industry 😂 He also grew up in Australia so that’s why he had a good voice for UK drill.
Lee Know - ‘98, dancer, rapper, singer. He has a lot of input when it comes to the dancing side of it, there’s a few videos where he’s monitoring/teaching the others the dance. He also started out as a BTS back up dancer!
Changbin - ‘99, producer, rapper, dancer, singer. He mainly raps, it’s very easy to hear his voice as it’s in quite a dark/heavier style, however he’s a very talented singer with a very soft/sweet sounding voice.
Hyunjin - ‘00, dancer, rapper, singer. His dancing is so mesmerising, I recommend the “Artist of the Month” dance that he did as it really shows off how talented he is.
Han - ‘00, producer, rapper, singer, dancer. Han is an ‘all rounder’ he is so talented at everything he does from fast raps to belting out high notes. His freestyle rapping skills are unmatched!
Felix - ‘00, dancer, rapper, singer. He’s the one with the deep voice that you hear in Gods Menu, his voice is amazing the way he can go so deep but he can also hit really high notes. He has a song called Deep End which you get to hear the range of his voice. He’s also from Australia!
Seungmin - ‘00, singer, dancer, (can rap but doesn’t often). They recently had a fan meet which is pretty much a slightly more interactive concert and they performed a song called Muddy Water which is meant for the main rappers of the group however they switched songs so the rappers got the soft vocal song and the singers got the rap heavy song. He shows off his range there!
I.N - ‘01, maknae (youngest), singer, dancer, (like Seungmin, can also rap but doesn’t often). He was also in the team that did Muddy Water and he’s rapped on other occasions. His singing voice is so melodic and unique I love it!
Hope that helped slightly, if you want to get to know the members then you could always watch a guide. There is more fun short ones which give you a brief overview of the members but there is also longer ones which really help you to get to know them. A good one would be by ‘TeaNoSuga’ (the most recent one), don’t worry about the length of the video Stays (Skz fandom) really don’t mind.
    Great reaction as always! 😊

Sometimes Korean sayings can be difficult to translate to english, so sometimes when it comes to rap songs like this a lot of the time the true meaning of the lyric or the cleverness of the flow can get lost a little which is why i personally always listen to a new kpop song blind and then go in to look at the lyrics so that i can enjoy the song for how it makes me feel through the beat and then try and understand what they are saying with an open mind. Sometimes it helps if the translation video you are watching is providing context to what certain sayings mean when translated. Excellent reaction overall guys, stray kids / 3racha are definitely kpop beasts, 4th generation kpop industry leaders who are heavily respected in the field. I’d say the top players in 4th gen rn for boy groups are TXT ATEEZ and Stray Kids if you looking for other groups to check out.

Bang Chans Aussie grown dudes, hence the English terminology.
8 members one left years ago
but try Muddy Water, it has their rap line minus Bang Chan, has the other Aussie member in it and I just really dig the flow and instrumental in the song.
Or try Hey Day for more 3racha content.
Stray kids has a a decent amount of songs with good rap in it. Bang chan mainly raps in English, Changbin has great pronunciation and cadence. Han is more melodic versatile.
Also as a soloist K-rapper I suggest Huh! His song Lit! Got me into his stuff.

This unit is technically the producing sub-unit of Stray Kids. As for rappers, I would say there are 5 rappers; Changbin, Han, Hyunjin, Felix, and BangChan. Actually, in most of their music, Hyunjin and Felix rap more than BangChan but only because BangChan also has heavenly vocals and is a very selfless producer who gives his members more lines than himself in most songs.
I recommend Topline, Venom, Easy, and Double Knot to see the whole group in a more hip-hop/rap context.

Also, the question about different languages? I think korean and japanese is the most interesting ones for rhymes and wordplay because of syllables structure.
