Aur jab bhi malish karoge tab hatho s thada joor lagana Jada bhi mat laga dena......and tel Jada use karna. It's very very beneficial for Veda.....bcz main bhi abhi 7 month pehle hi maa bani hoon to ye Mera personal experience hai. Aur Haan malish karne k adhe ghante baad hi nehlana kyon ki malish k toorant baad nehlane s coold bhut jaldi hota hai bacho ko aur try karna ki 3 month Tak usko one one day skip kar k nehlana.....aur bhut jaruri jaise hi malish finish hoti hai uske baad apna breast feeding jaru karna.
