1st but I use my left hand (pinky/middle) for M2' moves and my right hand for U moves (push/U2/reverse flick).

It's personal preference on which one is better, but if your equal with both then choosing Righty M is a bit better for Righty people, and Lefty M is better for lefty people lol.

the first U is a lefty index push in the back and the last U is the same but with my left middle finger
