Roadies and big boss are somewhat scripted shows. But everything isn't scripted. This audition looks real 100%..Some of my friends' have gone for roadies auditions and even got selected for PI. So everything isn't scripted, but yes , more than half of the show is scripted..They even hire people to appear for auditions So that they get the extra masala for TRPs.
