No mention of Mansa Musa I of Mali? He was so rich, he actually destabilized the Egyptian economy due to hyperinflation because he spent too much there while traveling through to Mecca for the Hajj. There is more to the story. It's very interesting, give it a look.

It’s between him and Andrew Carnegie, the problem is it’s much harder to estimate wealth inflation from anything earlier than like the 1770s, and it’s still difficult to do that. Mansa is estimated at 400-415 Billion, with a large possibility of error both ways, while Carnegies is pretty solidly placed at 418 Billion.

Do you know how much they make? It is probably isn't as much as you think. The Mythical net worth is about $30m but net worth isn't salary. I am sure they comfortable but they aren't on the same scale as anyone mentioned in the game.
I think it's because people's idea of "rich" varies from person to person. So maybe because they aren't buyihtg fancy cars or because a lot of what they make probably goes back into the company they don't perceive it as being rich. I definitely would (since they must make millions, have hot tubs, beautiful homes, nice clothes, etc.) but that's just me.
