We have a Stihl fs90r, Bought a second hand Ryobi extend-it tiller for £25.0, removed the shaft ( one bolt) it fits clamps drives and works perfectly on our Stihl.....but don’t tell anybody !! 😜...

we do a lot if large beds ones a year with a Gruber that just needs the surface disturbed , something like could be ideal

need something much wider and can chisel out compressed dry soil without a huge Cat D11
Good point. Every tool needs to be a match for the task at hand.
Water the soil for a couple of days first to soften it up.
