    U r ❤. I was so 😢 about my sticky dough that i kept in freezer b c i was unable to handle. Today i woke up to give it another try with new method and yahoo ur method made me winner. 😂... other people also posted this method but love your detail information about timings. Each time you told how much time has passed..followed ur video and timings. Keep it up

    The timestamps progress notes of how the dough should look like is very enlightening. I had tried this method before but was not sure how it should look like during the entire process. I was also not aware that the dough must be rotated 90 degrees during each cycle. Thanks for sharing.

    When you do this, make sure you have a heavy table. I hate when the whole surface lifts with the dough.

    Bakit kapag ginagawa ko yan mam after ng resting ng half or an hour napuputol agad yung dough para sa empanada dough mam ty po sa sagot niyo in advance

      Ciao ! Sa paggawa ng Empanada I think hindi na kailangan gumamit ng slap and fold method kasi iba yung texture na gusto natin ma achieved sa paggawa nito. Almost the same sya sa paggawa ng tart or pie crust , kaya may iba syang procedures or rules sa pag combine and kneading. Hope nakatulong ako ☺️ thank you sa panunood

    Ang sticky ng dough na ginawa ko, patigil tigil ako sa sobrang lagkit, inabot ako ng 30mins pero patigil tigil, okay lang po ba yon? Di pp ba sya na over knead? Thankyou po😊

      No worries po pag slap and fold ang gamit hindi sya na oover knead. Honestly kahit ako din minsan umaabot ng ganyan katagal lalo na pag humid ang weather or depende din kung gaano ka rich ang dough (more fats). Happy baking po at maraming salamat sa panunood ☺️💕

    Hi ganyan saken. When watched this vid di pala dapat ako mag stop nang knead. Nilagay ko sa ref muna. Pwede paba e nkead? Pls help 😢

      If nalagay mo po sya sa fridge hayaan mo muna na mag rest sa kitchen counter for at least 30 minutes depende sa room temperature. Pag di na malamig ang dough pwede mo sya itry iknead ulit. Happy baking! 😊

      Ciao Richard! Ang mga reasons dyan ay, baka yung gamit mong harina ay sobrang baba ng protein level kaya matagal mag absorb ng liquid at ma develop ang gluten or maraming fats na nakalagay. If struggle ka tlaga ang advice ko, pwede mong takpan muna then rest ng 15-20 minutes. After rest iknead mo ulit ☺️, wag mo susukuan hehe. Paki balitaan mo nlng ako sa result 😉. Happy baking!

      Ciao po! Kung sobrang sticky ng dough ang isa pang technique na pwedeng gawin ay, rest the dough for 5-10 minutes with cover then after resting you may start to knead again or slap and fold☺️. Balitaan mo ako sa result. Happy baking! 💖

      @@Anaspassion ginawa ko na po yan actually one hour pa nga po eh Nung Isang Araw pero sticky parin po nagask narin po Ako sa tindahan kung low po yung protein kasi na kita po yung comment nyo if possible po na gumawa ako ng instant rice flour kasya na po ba yung sinasabi nyong protein

      @@Anaspassion tapos non Nung gumawa ako ulit successful kaso mo ngalang eh palpak yung luto sunog yung sa baba hindi naluto yung taas at loob Walang kasi oven hahaha puro usok sa Bahay Namin😂😂😂😂
