DIY Dome Light to Chandelier Transformation (Renter Friendly!)

Do you think dome lights are boring too? Do you long for fancy chandeliers but can't afford the price tag? Well now you can have one too!
For this project I used:
Metal Ribbon Trim
Feather Trim
Crystal Bead Strands
Wire Wreath Frame
Screw in Hooks OR Command hooks
Hot Glue & Glue Gun

I would put the long on the inside and short on outside and do it without the feathers. Thanks for the idea.
