- Astudent from India is stopped at the UK border on suspicion that he might be breaking a rule in his visa. In the beginning, officer Neil is inclined to believe the young man, but when he learn more details about the student's stay, the student may face being returned home on the next available flight.

Heathrow
An Indian student is stopped at passport control. He says he’s not working but pretty soon Immigration Officer Neil Newbury finds out he’s working at Tesco supermarket stacking shelves. The man is caught out and returned home on the next flight.
Officer Steve Hassler stops an American who has come to Britain to teach puppetry. He’s an Emmy award winning puppeteer who’s worked on The Muppets and Sesame Street. Yet today things aren’t going his way. He doesn’t have a working Visa. His bags are full of colourful puppets and he does a little show for the camera. Sadly he doesn’t get to teach his classes and is eventually sent back to America.
Isle of Wight, Enforcement
A team raid two curry houses and a hotel. They find a small number of illegal immigrants from Swaziland, Pakistan and Moldova. A woman from Moldova who is sent back home, tests the immigration officers with her convincing story that she’s actually a Lithuanian and is working here legally. It’s only once they break into her room and search her belongings when the truth emerges.

A group of Eritreans caught hidden in a lorry on its way to the Eurotunnel get violent. One refuses to leave the truck and screaming and aggressive he cuts a hole in the lorry canvas and climbs on the roof. Eventually he climbs down and he rounds up his Eritrean friends and the Immigration Officers can only watch as they wander off into the distance. They are left to roam free around the port. Eventually the PAF, the French Port Police pick them up and drop them outside the port. Free to try again.

Had India still been under British rule , Indians would have been in Britain in their own Country , Instead of now BEGGING to come Britain. @couchpotato5655 point is that, uk have spreaded the language across the globe and most of countries they colonize or french did know english very well and thats reason they recieve a lot of immigrants. I know this dude f**k up on his visa conditions.. but majority of immigration uk receive is from South Asia and Nigeria.. which were former colonies

I was in the UK, and about 20-30% of students in my uni accommodation worked over 20 hours. It is just about getting caught.

So Tesco should be given a hefty fine for employing someone on a student visa for 36 hours in a week.

@rickylow1655 This is why being honest is always the best approach. If he was honest the IO might have been more lenient but as the IO said his plea's fell on deaf ears once he was lied to.

Actually, immigration officers are supposed to warn him. He shouldn't cancelled his visa. But unfortunately, he didn't listen to him

The British entered India illegally without documents but with guns and rule India for more than 200 years and kept colonized for another 65 years now talking rules and regulations.
