I cant handle spicy food too so normally I use the following ratio - 1 table spoon rice : 1cm of sambal : 1/2 tbs of chicken : 1/2 tbs of egg. And coffee creamer helps to reduce the tongue burn, just take the whole pack in powder form. To reduce stomach ache (this will come later if you are not lucky), sweet snacks like chocolate or small ice cream help too.

McD ice-cream! Cheap and okay (used to be only rm1 a few years back) but if you really have sweet tooth then go for the chocolate sundae 😋 (to accompany the lonely apple pie) 😂
