This video rivals Sedge. I’ve had my Kapex 2 years and never knew about 120 mode😳. I rather listen to Allen vs Sedge but I’m about to fall asleep. However, a sprinkle of Sedge and I mean a sprinkle of laughter-perfect video.
The fact that this man is describing a saw and not a fine wine or a classic car boggles my mind. I'm used to loud projection and some hand flailing....lol
The Kapex is definitely the most sexiest miter saw in the world !!! This guy's voice is very relaxing . I was drooling over all of his Festool toys !!!!!!
Great video if you’re an insomniac. I just received 120 REB and had to adjust every setting to get it to cut true, not what I expected for the price or from Festool as a brand. At least the fence is planar, almost. Festool you need to improve outgoing QA.

Almost $3k for the full setup. Base, extensions, stops, and saw. So far, I'm not impressed, and like most German engineered products, it's over engineered and overrated 🙄. Notice how he didn't put the angle finder tool on the saw to show how to set the saw to the angle. That's because there are no kind of stops to line up and hold the tool in place. The base is a rage moment waiting to happen, and the wings will take your religion! Also, the extension storage on the base works if you secure them w a bungee/string. Make sure you always check the bevel, it does move, lol. There are many problems with the ks 120 set-up, but no worries, we the guinea pigs will foot the bill!
After using my Bosch GCM 12 GDL to do Skirting at 225mm lay down and trying to cut 43.5 degree angles on the bevel I can 100% see why that fine adjuster and big dial is needed... I'm going to sell my Bosch and buy the KS120 100%.
I just took delivery of mine , box had been opened and bashed up for some reason . The saw seems so stiff when moving the bed angles ? I’m hoping it’s because it’s new
Update to my faulty replacement saw out of the box . Few weeks in on the replacement and the trigger is on its way out . Absolute garbage for the price . So disappointed . It’s under warranty , but what do I use for work while my new saw is being repaired? Really going off Festool lately such poor quality control

How is it possible that the function off the blade dropping deeper into the frame actually allows you to get a 120 depth cut.what a load of bellony. Its as good as the up resting place if the blade was able to rise to a higher position then yes it would cut deeper depths 😅 And its good bye from me
Tool phone porn guy is a little over the top. I.e. talking men into buying tools or single men that work a little to much. I am not sure if i want to buy a "perfect miter saw" or go home and talk dirty to my old one. Take it down a notch there Nathan Stathon tool ninja. Also, please stay away from all of my tools, if you start talking to them like that they will definitely go on strike.
