Thanks Brandon, Will and the rest of the guys, for sharing this abandoned vid with us. The wood/lumber on the interior walls seems very viable and ready to re-use for other structures. Better have a talk with that ghost town mayor, eh?
Schizolobium parahyba, the Brazilian firetree, or Brazilian fern tree, is a tree species from tropical America, notable for its fast growth (up to 3 meters per year). According to Francis Hallé, this tree may even reach 30 meters high in only five years, which would make it one of the fastest growing trees ever (an average growth of 6 meters per year).
Thanks for the info my man! Peace...but I'm going to have to fact check you! Lol
It would make sense that they were trying to run a lumber mill on the property if they had such fast growing trees present.
Lol was going to comment this too. Google translate is great! Lol
Rain water collection system black tank so the water doesn't moss up or grow mildew from the sunlight hence the black tank. Filtered from the top it's clean to drink
Should visit Ceiba, PR the old Roosevelt Roads Naval Air Station. Totally abandoned over 20 years ago, definitely a time capsule. I used to live there in the late 90's
I have some pictures from a couple years ago when I visited.
Did you know that leaf-cutter ants actually farm fungus? They’ve been farming for longer than humans have!
That’s crazy
AC fam?
Wow!! that’s a cool fact!
Some one watches antscanada
They are also susceptible to the cordyceps fungus aka zombie ants
Hope you come back to my country Belize 🇧🇿 for a part 2… I really love your content so much.
Man, im so happy for you that you're just living your best life in Belize right now :D stay safe, and i hope you continue to have the best time!
Yes!!!!! Heck ya finally a banger video
WOW! That entire area and buildings have tons of history!
Very cool and also maybe Synchronicity at work or a message from a higher power! Absolutely seeing abandoned places, because they have a story tell and also give a great inspiration. Keep Orange Crushing It!
Awesome exploration you had there sir! We all know how hard it is to keep shooting so regularly and edit (with help), but this is what makes you great! Keep up the awesome work bro!
Go through more homes out there, loved the video!!!
Hi jiggin n Will,...great video!!! I just love you guys!!!

16:26 Schizolobium parahyba = the Brazilian firetree, or Brazilian fern tree. the text is Scientific Name of the tree. Anti-snake venom properties of Schizolobium parahyba leaves.
I enjoy the diversity of your channel its top notch!!! Thank you!
Love this series this video is by far my favorite very interesting
Hi Brandon, I loved seeing your trip to Belize. These were truly amazing videos. I'm going to go back and watch them all over again. Thank you for sharing.
Say Hi to Travis and Will.
Take care and stay safe till next time. ❤❤❤
Amazing place. Looks beautiful
Buy it jiggin!!! I would come visit!!!
I spent 2 weeks in Belize with my National Guard Company in the late 90s. The Belize Army worked with us. We even trained their medical staff.
this was nice good series great history found by you thanks
Howdy Jordan how are you?Nice finds :) so beautiful view. Thanks for sharing with me :). Take care my friend .
the sign you found at 16:25 that said "schizolobium pavahybum" is actually the Latin name for the Brazilian firetree (technically its spelled Schizolobium parahyba, but it's close enough that I would guess they meant the same thing. the first part above the "schizolobium pavahybum" that said "quamwood" is a nick name for the Brazilian firetree (possibly a common name in Belize for the Brazilian firetree). how this insight helps! keep up the great content!
Sounds like some kind of work camp, possibly for the Firetrees.
i wouldn't be shocked
Another amazing one!!!!
Enjoyed this video very much Brandon. Wish I could of been there to visit the country. Thanks!
Great video. Very interesting to see the old buildings still standing. Stay safe
That box of Kellogg's had Yokai Watch on it which was released in Japan on July 11, 2013 and with the 2015 planner that you found I would say that that place hasn't been abandoned for 30 years but still cool stuff to be found.
This is very different from what your used to but you did an amazing job describing this deserted place❤
You have been killing it with the uploads recently!
You have wayyyyyy to much fun! Stay safe ✝️❤️
Belize, formerly known as British Honduras was and still is an important training ground for jungle warfare, especially for British paratroopers and marines.
Most of these buildings look like standard British military complexes around the world from similar time periods. The building with the wooden ceiling was either an officers quarters or officers clubhouse. The Quonset hut was probably an NCOs office or something similar.
Belize became independent in 1981, with most British forces leaving Belize in the 90s, a training group has remained, but are now based at Price Barracks. With the British pulling out the local government wouldn't have been able to support a place this big without major effort. The road in and out would have been in MUCH better condition during the 80s.
The main problems with Belize are the drug cartels/gangs and the Guatamalans wanting to invade.
Hey, Brandon. I like the idea of it being a paintball area. Not so sure about a Pizza Hut, lol. Would you sell 'ghost' pizzas? That 'tiki hut' would be great as a small bar or dining area. Sorry to see the end of this Belize series... for now, at least. Thanks for sharing. Stay healthy and safe 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Jiggin a few goats and chickens would clean that grass and bugs right up . Perfect
Cornflakes. The cockroach of cereal 🤣🤣
2:53 The ghost was like pizza in Want 💤 😂😂
This looks like an old logging town. The journals and the signs about the fast growing trees of Belize. Company maybe shut down and thus everyone abandoned the town?
I'm not exactly surprised by this Abandoned cities are being found all around the world from ancient civilization amazing video as always I can't wait for the next one
Interesting content.
Always something new.
You got a lot of cleaning to dooooo!
Luv the videos
Desolate and barren? Dude, the town has a mayor.....and 2 Pizza Huts!
I'm from Belize and didn't know this place exist
I enjoy this video unit indeed it's an old school video for you and awesome Belize series 👍🏻
Getting ready to watch the vid, just wanted to pop on here and say congrats on becoming an official "future" Googan...it was pretty clear what Rob and LFG were hinting at during the podcast even though they didn't actually say it.
Very interesting Jordan! Regards from Scotland mate! 🤙💦
Jordan you should definitely enquire about buying it that would be an epic video for sure
I think what y'all found is an old sawmill. They cut wood to make things and possibly paper. They must've taken the saws with them. That's what I think anyway. Maybe it became cheaper to import it. Anyway, love the video. This is an awesome series.
Dude... your content never disappoints. I would love to see you, Jake and yappy reunite for a collab on a big trip like this. You 3 are too fun to watch. Thanks for the video. Been wanting to go to Belize for a long time and your videos lately are making my decision for me lol
Turn the property into a fpv freestyle drone park and Airbnb for people to stay in! Then if it’s big enough make a rc truck park too
I absolutely love these abandoned Videos
They were trying to plant and harvest a fast growing tree that is originally from Brazil. And make a wood business. Apparently the tree did not flourish in the area
Shizolobium is Brazilian fire tree or Brazilian fern tree
I'm loving this series! You missed your moment though. It's unBelizeable 😊
You are literally like the wizard of finding wierd stuff.
Very interesting excursion today guys. 👍
You should get the group together and come back here to see how they react and I love watching your videos thank you from the uk 🇬🇧
I don’t know how to to that I’m only just starting on here my kids will help me I’m sure
That was awesome that old town what a great history place to explore
Bustin with Brandon😳
That was amazing and eerie
Have a good day/ night
This was so freakin cool!!!! I would love to hear more about this
Let's move to Belize and squat in one of the home's. Use the rain water caught to water a veggie/herb garden.
Yoooo love it
The translation for Schizolobium parahybum is Brazilian fire tree or Brazilian fern tree the flowers /leaves contain a water soluble substance that acts as antidotes to the bites of Bottrops snakes(pit vipers)
🍕 hut still my fav pizza takeaway... 😋 What a cool place as you say paint ball wars 😃
Did u go to vampire county in Louisiana ghosts town
The sign says brazilian firetree.
Or brazilian fern tree.
Thats all it means.
This was probably a sign for where the trees were growing or where the logs/planks were stacked when they were done at the mill.
So sad for the town but nice to look around 😊
Do you guys go to these abandoned places armed?
Jordan is living the D R E A M 🌴
The British army used to have troops stationed in Belize. The way that date was written 19/1/96 is the way we write dates in the UK
if i lived there i would definitely buy this place id be so excited to cut the grass itd be so satisfying have a good week jordan
The cans you called Jerry cans are for carrying water to fight small fires.
Brendan's raiding Demolitia's ghost town before he officially signs the papers...
Jiggin', we can all tell you love it in Belize. You need your keys to Belize hook you up with a juicy home or property and move there. Just have all your stuff delivered there. The challenge is, you have to travel to Belize by submarine. =)
Really cool adventure love it
Out here making old EWU content. Thank you! lmao
Epic video love seeing u do urbexs
Schizolobium parahyba, the Brazilian firetree 16:26
Thank you so much for coming to my home country most popular RUclips's won't even mention Belize and you do an ankle episode
That’s crazy
Love these Belize videos
You need yappy and dallmyd to go there with you
Yeah buddy!!!
Yoooo there’s a Yo-Kai Watch ad on the cereal box! That’s pretty epic
It sucks that you have to leave Belize
looks like the sign might be some sort of tree like a brazillian fire tree or brazillian fern tree. Schizolobium comes from greek schizo meaning "divide" and lobium or lobion meaning "pod"
Hey Jordan can u come to the caribbean in st.vincent and the grenadines is beautiful down here
10:52 I found the vehicle that leaving the tracks.
The reason I get out of my house and go explore when I can bc of Brandon
I was thinking that the big home could have been the townhall/ Mayor home
That big house was probably a city hall type of building.
I liked this video. Why hasn't anyone bought it and just rebuild some of it
Obviously some Belize bro's went urban exploring. Just Fritos and monster seems a weird combo lol
Instead of Pizza Hut you can call it balizza hut
You guys should’ve tried the translation on your phone to see what that really says and show the people with any little area
Hi
