Enya should go on tour - she sounds so amazing live! I would definitely pay to see her in concert. Highly deserving award - and I love the way they surprised her with it. My favorite Irish artist and currently my favorite female artist, too. She seems such a genuinely lovely person too, which makes her all the more appealing as an artist
It would be great, but the problem is the complexity of her recordings. Some of her songs have literally hundreds of vocal tracks and of course layers and layers of piano, synth, strings etc. I think "Angeles" has something like 500 vocals individually recorded by Enya and layered.
At least we got a glimpse into what an Enya concert would look like. I pray that it becomes a reality one day, because this is just spectacular. I don't care even if it's lip sync, we would still come out in droves just for a chance to see her in the flesh!
