From the moment he walked up the kid was talking about fighting them and then he started moving towards him got in his face saying that he was going to fight him. You can't step to a cop like that and getting his face. The kid got exactly what he was asking for. There is no world where you can just step to a cop like that and get in his face and not get put on the ground, it's wonderful that you've lived a life where you think that that's okay but it's obvious you don't have much life experience with things like that.
