Wow, Ian all these new tutorials are very detailed and you show us how to make easy depth everywhere, even the light blue tire to keep the boat from hitting the pier. It really helped me learn. Much appreciated.
This is the most challenging painting I've attempted so far. Two and a half days to work on this and I only did it with one boat. Still, if it isn't a hard challenge, you don't learn. I've learned I still have a lot to learn. 😀
I've been watching you for some time now and like you work and demonstrating. I'm from West Virginia in the U.S. so was surprised to hear an Ausie say painting a scene from my home state.
WOW! So well thought out and wonderful detail on this painting project. Love the subject matter. Painting it will be so relaxing as the subject matter will draw me into pleasant memories. Thanks Ian for this lesson. I will give it a try when time allows.😲😍
Love this tutorial Ian. Many lessons learned from watching this. Always have problems with boats looking flat and not sitting in the water. Thanks hunni xx
This tutorial has so much detail; I love it absolutely great. I will have to watch it several times and take notes. I also have to catch up with your previous painting tutorials, I have missed. I had a break from painting and now starting up again so will need to look through your tutorials as a reminder. Thank you for your time producing tutorial videos. As always, take care and stay safe.
Oh my gosh!! I’m so happy to have found you!! I was searching for how to paint rocks and it went from there!! Your amazingly talented and you teach so well!! Thank you so much. Oh, I love the bill shit ruler😂
So if I’ve done the blue to my sky and I don’t like it. After it’s dry can I start over on top with the craft and retarder paint again? Thank for a great painting to try.
Been watching you for a long time Ian you always were gloves we have a Barrier cream in the UK which helps protect your hands maybe this may be a better option than the gloves tell me to be quiet if you’ve already heard of his mate
I was raised in West Virginia, thanks for showing the world how beautiful my home is!
