We have tested it and in Apex visible ratio is not based on players' power when you bid, but on all bids which are put on. We intentionally reduced the power of the stronger player in the final to test it and bidding wasn't affected by power, but by money put on every side. The only good thing about it if stronger players from time to time promote other players from their server for these free rewards, so more people can benefit and enjoy this already really expensive game. Like lastly added paid options for hero adventure level through out the season and extra auto-trading defense mode... 100$ each is not worth it when you can't upgrade your flagship above lv.50 for example but this is another story of course
