I'm trying to cope. This cycle has hit a little harder. My heart is worrying me. I wish I could say more. Soon. Pots sucks. Mine can have days like my heart is back flipping lol. If I don't laugh I'll cry & won't stop. I'm such a high risk & my body is screaming it. I don't like that part. Had a shower yesterday & my heart had me one spray of nitrolingual and then lying flat on the bathroom cold floor. Just a shower. So frustrating. I hate being disabled. It's a phase and I have to find the positives which I'm good at but this time it's getting too serious. @@OkAussieLife goodness gracious you may end up just having to take a bedside bath and call it quits and then go about your day and then rest in between your tasks that you are doing, because you’re ❤️ being so bad, that leaves you definitely at a high risk of heart attacks or stroke.
