I used to work for Cirrus, I worked ATC in Duluth, I've flown the piston and jet - spoke to many of the pilots over the years - great men and women to work with! Congrats to Cirrus on 10k!
Wasn't 10000 at Oshkosh? Very inspirational story. Keep up the great work Cirrus. Yes, 8th gen should be without mixture control, FADEC, maybe a diesel version and Garmin G-3000 Prime.
Congratulations! Love you the product but why do you still not have FADEC? Eliminating mixture control would truly be simpler and safer. Also what about autothrottle and autoland in SR20/22?? Be the first to roll out “attended land” - a non-emergency autoland. Lastly, OTA updates for avionics. Oh yeah and help bring Datacomm to small single GA.
It's very impressive how you have continued to innovate to new unimagined heights of overpricing a mediocre 1980s design. A hot tub with an engine from 1945 for only a million dollars. Can you continue to push that price to 1.5, maybe even 2 million? I believe in you.

Love flying Cirrus ! from my 1st SR20 to my current SR22! Great planes that really get you where you are going!
Congratulations on such a great milestone. Can't wait to hear the FADEC announcement with the next G8 iteration.
Won’t be happening. It would’ve happened with G7 and we likely won’t see G8 for 6 or so years.
@@cloudsandcorradoI think it will, if they take 7 more years I think it’s possible
This video is nicely done, I’d love to see more content like this
I've flown G3-G6 and loved every hour I've flown. Congrats to Cirrus and can't wait for G8... and beyond.
Congrats guys... you really are a league apart! So thankful I learned to fly in a Cirrus.
Amazing achievement to all the men and women involved with Cirrus. Truly inspiring.
Congratulations. The sr22 is a dream plane of mine. Some day hopefully I will own one of these beautiful birds.
You sell the dream and back it up! Inspiring!
Just fantastic, like always👏🏼👏🏼 Thank u CIRRUS
Congratulations Cirrus!

Why would they install G3000 in a piston. It has G2000 which is identical just with 2 screens. They won’t go FADEC or else they would’ve in the G7.
Great job Cirrus!
Congratulations from the original owner of 1714. What a great airplane.
Great video and narration!
Awesome, congratulations !!
Congratulations Cirrus! 👍🏾
Awesome! Love it!

Why no retractable landing gear?
