When a prisoner is already serving a life sentence in one jurisdiction there is no need to rush the case to trial for charges in another state because they are not going anywhere and should be allowed to serve their life prison sentences in prison. In R. Kelly's case the Chicago prosecutor said she was not taking his case to trial because he was already serving 30 years in another jurisdiction. Sometimes justice has to be obtained through convictions of other crimes because of a person's age. Lori is early 50s. She is not going to possibly complete a life sentence in Idaho with "no parole" which means she is in Idaho prison forever and also serve another life sentence in Arizona.

Her argument when she goes off script makes no sense. The judge is patiently explaining that she has all the information requested that is pertinent to this trial. Her argument is moot. This is definitely going to be an interesting ride. I’m second hand embarrassed for her. She is going down for Charle’s murder without a doubt.

The reason I say that is she went from having a clean criminal record all the way up to the age 45 and then in 2019 she went from housewife to serial killer when she had her husband killed followed by two of her own children killed. Then there is Chad Daybell. The way he talks, looks, and moves would only be appealing to someone slow. I think if Lori and Chad never met those children would still be alive and Charles Vallow would have simply given her some money to move on during his divorce proceedings.
