I’ve never seen a video on it, but I make my ramps look almost brand new in the oven versus a exposed flame. Just preheat your oven to say 475. Put the ramp on a tin sheet, place in oven for four to five minutes. This works every time, and the results are like brand new.
MrCrrispy As stated in the video, it does depend on the manufacturer of the ramps to figure out how much heat to apply. For example thin ramps (like in Space Shuttle) would not make sense to flame polish for a variety of reasons. I have flame polished my WCS ramps like this with no issues.

Thank you so much for this video. I have plastic ramps in my Creature from the black lagoon pinball machine. 👍😎
cool!
Awesome! Thanks, need to do this to my DE Simpsons.
The ramp turned out great! What's the mod you have installed for the T-Rex?
Aw bummer! Thanks for the info!
Damn, you're heating very hard on this one! On most WPC ramps that would result in the plastic boiling and bubbles in the plastic.
