You can be sure LD is completely besides himself with the loss of his oldest, most dear friend for over 70 years. Richard Lewis’s comedic talent was a gift, a one of a kind gift who was well ahead of his time, even back then. A sweetheart, a comedic genius, and a man who loved others more than he loved himself. Richard was so wise and his life lessons are invaluable, and as always, Richard would share anything he had if he thought you needed it more than he did. Such a wonderful man, actor, comedian, and a dear dear friend to many. RIP Richard. Always Remembered, NEVER forgotten. XO😢

We all are aging. A lot of people whom I used to watch in movies and television have started passing away. Be mindful of the transient nature of life. Do not take things for granted. We come empty-handed to this world. We leave empty-handed as well. Love your parents and people around you. You never know, when you or someone from your family leaves this world forever.

“You stole my outgoing message in my answering machine “….. haaa haa haa..@15:57 I swear there are a handful of scenes of their banter that I rewound, played, rewound etc….. probably to an unhealthy level but….damn these two are soo funny and totally unique they will be revered as total classic scenes. When Richard tells Larry about his parents dying and Larry finds it funny…….??? My god😂😂RIP R.Lewis. He was in soo much pain for such a long time. I really hope there’s a place where we go afterward that has some semblance of relief of life’s pains. He should be able to cut the line. @53:18

As a young kid I was never a fan of Richard Lewis when he was on Letterman or Carson. Curb came alone and I have loved the guy since day one.

I’ve never seen Richard Lewis till this show and thank god I started to watch this show on its 11 season. My girl and I started to watch it from the first season. Rip legend.
These two made Curb your Enthusiasm funny as hell,The Braclet with the blind guy and help him move is one of the funniest episodes,Lewis laughs his ass off when they get back and the jewelry store is closed and Richard says shit happens and Larry calls Richard a babbling brook of bullshit 😅

Just pure comedy gold, Richard you will be greatly missed by us all, I just love watching the very last scene of 'Vow Silence' when Larry stands up Richard at the restaurant after assuring him he will be there (no confirmation!!) just pure comedy gold, the best scene of all Richard's appearances
Richard truly has SO many funny lines that you don't even notice unless you're paying attention. He mutters them while larry is talking or very quickly sneaks them in with perfect timing so you don't even notice it's a joke until you think it over. He was a brilliant comedian.
He will be missed. He was excellent on this show.
