Hi Bentleey! My hubby saw you at the State Fair last year and took a pic with you! Anyway, glad you did a pho video for the Twin Cities. People be arguing all the time about which one is the best (the debate is real!). I personally love Quang's but one of the new ones that made it on my top list is Stone Pho. They have a boiling stone bowl of broth with the pho components on the side so your noodles and meat aren't overcooked when you get it. I hope you guys get to try it out! Also so glad you featured the Kor Koo at Cheng Heng. I thought we were the only ones who knew about that dish. Love your content. Keep it up!
Of course! We are here to provide content for you all! Thank you for taking the time to share your stories with us. We've heard alot about stone pho so we will definitely check it out!
FitAngie they were all different and great in their own way! Vietnamese food is one of our favorites too! How did you get introduced to Vietnamese food??
GOT TO TRY PHO AT PHO VIET 45 IN DELANO OMG BEST PHO IVE EVER HAD AND TONS OF MEAT IN IT, MY FACE AND EXPRESIONS WERE LIKE YOURS FROM THE FIRST PLACE YOU WENT YOU CANT NOT MAKE NOISE WHEN YOU TAKE YOUR FIRST HERE...
You should make it up to Pho 45 in Delano. You wouldn't expect that good of pho that far out of the cities but it's 100% my favorite in the entire state. Best Bahn MI too!!! 😋 I keep trying new places to try and find a new fave but no one compares.
I’m definitely going to check out the ones I haven’t been to! I’m kinda surprised you didn’t go to Kim Anh in Brooklyn Park, that’s my favorite spot right now.
Team spoon all the way! We’ve had Kim ahn before and decided to feature Vietnam house instead for the BP/BC area. Kim ahn is definitely a good spot as well!
John Robeck Leedra has been to Pho 79 and it definitely has nice flavors. But she hasn’t been back in awhile so things might have changed. Quangs has such a good variety of soups so even if it’s not pho, we’d go for other things as well. Haha
I am surprised IPho aka Saigon didn't make it on your list. These guys have been around since the 90's and have been awarded one of the best pho restaurant in the Twin Cities. Their bah-mi isn't as good as it used to be but their pho is still one the best. I love Pho-Ca Dao tho...this is one of the best pho too. There is a pho restaurant inside Hmongtown that serves a decent pho broth and meat ratio (and you know how they skimp out on the meats!).
Chang Hang is super under rated. I can’t believe you know about the 36 38! Haha that’s awesome! Good video!
Thank you! 🥰

The last one is Bens favorite!
Great video and feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed Quang restaurant. I hope to see more food vlogs at Quang restaurant in the future.
andrew truong thank you! Are you the owner of Quangs? Or just a big quangs fan? Lol
I’m definitely team spoon 😊 Trieu Chau and iPho by Saigon are my favorites.
All those Pho dishes look amazing 😍🔥 I love Vietnamese food and pho. Is one of my favourites. Great video

Vietnam house is worth the drive.
Put some respect on that restaurant
I’ve never seen the spoon trick for eating pho!! What an awesome idea. Pho 79 is our usual spot but can’t wait to try these others out
Kayla Melius yesss! Team spoon! Lol it’s the perfect bite with some warm broth! So fulfilling! Can’t wait for you to try it!
Love Pho 79! Finally got back there after being away for over a year due to Covid, and it is still awesome!
Is Pho Ca Dao related to CaDao Express in richfield on Penn and 66th? Tiny little place, great food.
Saigon palace in Burnsville is my favorite spot you should try it!
Thank you, we'll definitely have to give it a try!
Pho 126 in Blaine. I drive 45 minutes for it!
It's at the VERY top of our list to eat!

What are your thoughts on Pho 79?
Quangs has been a serious addiction for our family and friends over the years.
John Robeck Leedra has been to Pho 79 and it definitely has nice flavors. But she hasn’t been back in awhile so things might have changed.
Quangs has such a good variety of soups so even if it’s not pho, we’d go for other things as well. Haha
BentLeey - I always get 511 (Bon Bo Hue) I think it is.
Love the black pepper addition you use. I’ve been adding that to ribeye pho when I order that.
John Robeck bun bo hue is definitely good as well! Black pepper is a must for all noodle soups!

Spencer Xiong haha we definitely love their vermicelli bowls but would go elsewhere for pho.
