I think for Processor non "k" this mb is good, maybe for the grapic card is low, but the new turing tecnology have a lower consume.

Meaning you will not get any display output from the motherboard physical VGA/Display Port/HDMI if you pair it with a "F" SKU model intel processor such as the intel i5 9400F processor. You will need a graphics card such as the GTX 1650.

i5 9400 can work great with 1660 TI or max up to 2060 ( gtx 1650 is weak choice for that CPU , you just limited ur fps like that ,because of the GPU )
2020 u can get i5 10600k and put 2x rtx 2080 ti if want ( or wait for the new 30.. series ) :D

the fps will usually depends game and in game settings. Usually i3 will have some bottleneck , upgrade to i5/i7 with GTX 1070
