I don't think this update is bad. In my opinion it's the best update since The Contract. The missions are cool and the payouts are decent for the host (but could be better, maybe 1,75x or 2x more) and I would like more robberies, 4 isn't that much
This is gonna sound like one hell of a pull, but at 3:16 and onward with the guitar that gets added, it reminds me of "Blessed are the peacemakers" from RDR2. I dont think its a remix of the original, but i feel it plays a bit into the inspiration for it.
Most of the Newer soundtracks are remixs of old songs like the cayo perico heist,doomsday heist,the contract soundtracks you only can really notice it if you play close attention to it P.S: one of the cayo perico heist soundtrack is a remix of a cut soundtrack that was meant to be used in the original heists
Normally all December DLCs have new soundtracks, only The Chop Shop was an exception, having only 1 soundtrack, which was used in Christmas adversary mode and deatchmatch. I really wanted this December's DLC to have new Soundtracks in the main content, and luckily we did. When I saw the trailer for Agents of Sabotage on December 3rd, I already know there would be new soundtacks because the song of trailer

Man I have no idea if this is the direction they're going, but Pavel on field ops and Jodi replacing Lester as our hacker now he's retired, we're setting up for a great new age heist crew if they plan on letting us carry over our characters into GTA 6.
It would be great to see some characters again on GTA VI Online. I really like Pavel and Jodi, Agent 14 is another cool character in my opinion. And I really like Lester too, but now he is retired
Now that you mention it, it really reminded me of Regular Show, but I don't remember which episodes. But I remember hearing a similar sound, specifically from 3:15 - 04:40

I recorded in-game on the Xbox Series S. I played the new missions with only the music activated, the other sounds I disabled.
