I’ve been locked 7 years and you definitely experience shrinkage especially if you have kinky hair but once they mature they grow so fast and long. Enjoy that new phase! I miss it. Safe delivery and recovery to you and baby!

With locs there is a budding phase, the hair will basically coil inside of the loc until it’s fully loced and then they will begin to drop and move more freely. This process might be longer with finer hair textures.

Same! I'm 22 weeks and my two year old and I have both been sick every two-ish weeks since Thanksgiving. We finally finished our last round of illness this past week!

I started my lock journey last year and girl the shrinkage is REAL!!! My hair was down the middle of my back and my locks are only on my shoulders. I was so hurt, but I got to trust the process. Keep us updated on Colton’s progress ❤

Shrinkage in locs is normal. It will begin to grow and drop pretty fast.
The common cold this year is lingering! Soon as you think it’s gone, it’s back! It’s been back to back for me since November! Never seen anything like this! You are not alone lol
