    We raise rabbits. I live in Georgia, USA. I made this for my husband tonight and he said that it is one of his new favorites. Thank you for the recipe.

    The only thing different that we do as my mum used to do it is - soak/marinate the rabbit cuts in red wine overnight or about 15 hours mmmmmmmmm.

      The stock is made by boiling rabbit bones in water, removing impurities, then cooling to solidify.

      I was wondering the same thing, thanks for the reply. Save the bones and boil them to get all the good flavor and nutrients.

      Jainaba Bah because rabbit doesn’t t get washed with water cause you get hard meat. Other choice wash it with wine

    • @Arcadia61
      @Arcadia61 Год назад

      There's absolutely no reason to wash any meat. No bacteria are going to survive the cooking and by washing it you're going to spread the bacteria everywhere in your kitchen. Also, high standards of hygiene at the processing plants are mandatory for licencing purposes.
