Moving Violation

After spending years in prison, Charlie is ready to return home to his family and the life he claims to know. However, Charlie is confronted with a daughter that doesn't want him and a society that has moved on without him. These rude awakenings plague Charlie and make him question whether his fresh start is everything he wanted.
