The quest is now to be more effective in making the situation better that it was before through effective application of targeted resources and less cheeky to towards the public. You as a leadership figure has to show more confidence in what it is that you have to offer the public. Your program show a tendency to have some self doubt towards the pubic as part of your interaction with the public. You are a worldwide phenomena with what you have to say having an immediate impact with people all over the globe. Enough doubt. Black people do not need that as part of the discourse.
