Hey Youness, I completely agree with your argument on the structure. After thinking about the strategy, it seems like the club wants to create a setup where they can easily replace a manager without dealing with "dead wood players" who fit the previous coach's style. The idea is to be able to sack a manager and bring in another who can seamlessly use the same team, avoiding the hassle of selling and buying new players. While this might sound good in theory, it's not realistic. Even managers who seem like a perfect fit for the current squad have their own stylistic nuances and will want players who match their personal game philosophies. So, we'll always end up with unhappy managers who aren’t willing to compromise on their approach, especially if the directors can't give them the specific tools they need. Our directors forget that football is a human game. Even with a structure, it needs to be flexible and not mechanical. RDZ will eventually explode, and we’ll find ourselves in the same predicament year after year. More than ever, we need to get rid of the directors and bring in people who understand the human element of the game and can adjust the vision accordingly.
Those fans that are accepting what’s happening here are the type of people to be sat in a burning building and be like “oh, it’s a bit warm in here!” 🤣

I don’t think Chelsea’s winning streak towards the end is due to Poche. It was more because of Enzo’s injury forced him to use Palmer as number ten in place of Enzo and letting Medueke play as one more forward instead of three midfielders which he always prefer. The other reason is the coming to form of Caisedo.

Him and others were all crying about the Poch sacking (when they wanted him out for months) because they thought Europa would be a given, when we of all teams should know managerial unpreparedness leads to losing to lesser sides. Everyone thinks this way which is so stupid, United were always going to turn up for this game. If you have been following city, their recent perfermances have beens shite by their standards and De Bruyne has been looking washed, and yes I realize he got 10 assists in the second half of the season, but he has been so off it by his standards and can't run anymore. I went into watching this game see city as 55-45 favorites and people were acting like city were playing blackpool.
Some Chelsea fans are quick to complain that we're buying kids, FYI the 2 players that scored ManU's goals today are 19... If Poch knew what he was doing, Chelsea would be in CL, we saw the glimpse during our preseason, but season started and everything changed... it was when he realized his job was on the line that he woke up... The owner/board were right to let Poch go and they were calculated and right to let him finish the season before letting him go, because it would have been counter productive to fire him during the season... now we know that with the right coach and guidiance our players are good...
The directors will put a system in place then they try to find a head coach that is fit for their system so that will leave him with only 15 % say on how things will work, manage games. That's it

The last season is a cautionary tale on why we shouldn't go for all these young half baked coaches. If we do, we are going to struggle again and win nothing.
It's actually better, because next season we have the club world cup, which involves Man City, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Borusia Dortmund, which is going to be long and hard and accumulate a lot of additional matches. In conference league, we might as well play the kids and develop them by giving them game time, which is exactly what we need.

I'll be honest - I NEVER WANTED POCHETTINO and asked to be removed multiple times during the season. My only reason to defend him to not be sacked is timing. WHY would we get rid of him when we were finally seeing results (which again I wouldn't care but) to get a replacement who seems inexperienced, worse, or both?
If we had sack him to get a better prospect (imo - Tuchel, Mou, or else), I'd be happy with.

There are two models. It’s okay to make moves without a gaffer. This model is, management decides the profile and players they want and signs a manager to coach them. In some teams, the coach is accorded some authority to make requests about two or three players he may want. This way, if the coach leaves, the club still has the players they want in the club and only signs another coach to coach them. I have absolutely nothing wrong with that. How it is done is the issue.

Actually the man city semi final performance game against us was atleast equal if not worse but we couldn't grab the chance like United did, that really summed up our season, little all too late..

In top clubs, most coaches don’t have a say in transfers. The owners want to do business and sustain a system. They are not our mates, no one buys a business and put emotions in it. RDZ will bring better football and the players will develop in the system better.

I don’t see how Europa League football wasn’t a nuisance but this is, the Conference League is less games than the Europa League. I do think completing the set is something we should be looking to do, winning it we make history.
