Watching this many times, reminds me of my parents. My dad called me Cinderella because he believes that I don’t work much harder and wait for someone to help me. I’m working long hours to move out of my parents house and invest in my career in Fashion. Although it’s a hard industry to get into but I’m going to keep going and stay humble. Success do take time and when you do what you love, the money will come.
Avoid the negativity from people, so you can focus on your happiness. Even if your family don’t support you, keep going.
Message: Never doubt someone cause you'll end up regretting it

Man, no words... when someone knows what they can be, and they have nobody to believe in them and then you pull it off. Makes you feel good. My parents wanted me to stay in Florida, but I had a great job waiting for me in South Carolina. Being the only kid, it was like whatever. But I did it. GREAT JOB. LOVE U GUYS

All dreams are valid. A little support and love can take a son or daughter a long way. Frustrations from family are the least anyones needs! The world has enough challenges on its own a little kindness, Love and support can really open up people around us.
This is a great skit. That is one thing I have never done. I encourage all three of my daughters to be the best at what they love doing. I wish I had a way to get their own business up and running. My oldest is an amazing artist, my second oldest does pastries and my youngest sews clothes, crotches, knits and makes hats. I want them to start their own business. I told them never give up on your dreams.
When I first started performing and singing with my band, I was 19 and my Mother and siblings kept pressuring me about "getting a regular job", they said that I was a dreamer and I was wasting my time, a few months later a booking agency approached my band and said that they'd liked to book us, we started getting so many gigs my mom apologized and became my secretary, so never discourage or stop anyone from pursuing their dreams because every actor/superstar had to start from the beginning.

I have 2 daughters. One is in college to be an RN. The other is also in college, but she wants to draw anime. I know this will be a hard job to get into, and it could be years before she lands her dream job,but I support her anyway. Trying to encourage her to do a series on Webtoon. I think she can do it. It's not something I would choose for myself but she knows we have her back.
Parents of India should watch this so that they would encourage their kids dreams and not belitle them just because of thier status

As I watch this video it reminded me of my past. My parents didn't believe in me. We got into a fight until the time I moved out. I worked hard and achieved my dreams. When they came to congrats me and ask me for forgiveness I almost disowned them. As I was about to disown them I saw a street boy roaming on the street. I called him gave him lots of food and money. I asked him about his past. He told he had no parents and no relatives to looks after him. It touched me deep inside. I decided to help that boy to live a better life. Later I realised I was lucky to have my parents with me. I forgave and accepted my parents back.

My mum, God rest her soul, had always discouraged me, tore me down, and never saw my side in nothing - even when I had jobs and university, when I tried to create a career for myself, all because it didn't revolve around her. She passed just over 12 years ago, and while, to a certain degree, I hold her in my heart, I can never forget or forgive all the toxicity and negativity spewed my way from her and the entire family. My future moves, my legacy, is mine now - for my bloodline, and mine alone!

My dad told me I would never have a body shop job when I got my custom shop job with uniforms I went back to my dad's house from show him. I got the job that he told me that I would never have been working in the auto body business over 20 years now ❤ I love the video made me cry cuz memories

I can somewhat relate to this in a way that I've had and still have people including my own father of telling me how to live my life. One day I am already going to cut my father along with some other bigoted people out of my life for good. I betcha they will probably react the same way in terms of saying they're proud of me meanwhile they were always talking bad about me behind my back and now want to "Congratulate" me. Screw those people because I will eventually achieve my dream, I don't care what anyone says.

I think that his parents had his best interest at heart. They didn't want him to be dependent upon them. He was twenty-three years old and didn't have a job. Although the parents didn't have the right to decide Michael's future, their tough love made him work harder to achieve his dream.
God always makes provisions for our visions!!!!!! I can relate to this because I was in a similar situation not wanting to be an actress but it was something I desired to do!!! So I began to pray without ceasing and God made it happen for me!!!!!

I will say this if was a parent I will accept my kids for what they want to do when they grow up for example if I had a son whose dream is becoming a Professional Wrestler I will say him, I’m so proud of you son for deciding your own future and I will say follow your dreams son and me and my wife will support you through all this. Here’s one more example If I had daughter whose dream to become a singer and songwriter I will say the same thing to my daughter the same way I said to my son is I’m proud of you sweetheart for deciding your own future and i will say this sweetheart is follow your dream and me and wife will support you with all of that. I will accept my kids choice and decisions for what my kids want to do when they grow up and I wanna support my kids for what they want to do in their life
