We arrived in France on August 5 to the most beautiful boat in the world. Come aboard as we begin to share our adventures on our Windelo 54, Second Star
Fantastic boat, I saw it live at an exhibition and said that's it! This enclosed cockpit is such a good thing everything is available to you without being exposed to the elements I wish you many happy miles and fair winds
Wow, congratulations! I've been eagerly following your journey since the moment you announced your purchase. I can already feel the excitement building up as we await those thrilling reports of your everyday sailing adventures. The Windelo truly boasts an array of fantastic features that are bound to make every moment on the water absolutely extraordinary. I cannot wait to hear all about your experiences with this remarkable vessel!
Subscribed - We've been looking at buying a 54, would like to connect with current owners and follow along. Beautiful cat, can't wait to see your adventures!
So glad to see you guys.. thats stunning..indeed look at the hulls on that 😂😂😂 😎🧙🏻♂️🇬🇧 Eggs keep longer if not refrigerated as long as you can keep them cool. What speed did you clock when you were throwing up that rooster yail.
Hmmm... it looks like that I have just found a new channel for watching. Loving the Windelo brand and this vessel. Congratulations! Looking forward to following your adventures.
In Europe we don't refrigerate our eggs. Better hygiene standards at farms mean our eggs don't need to be chemically washed. American farms have lower standards and their eggs need to be washed to remove bacteria etc. When the eggs are treated they also wash the outer membrane off which protects the egg. So these eggs need to be refrigerated as the shell is now porous. European eggs remain protected and sealed and so don't need to be refrigerated. In case it was confusing/worrying you.
You can get American eggs from local farms that don’t need refrigeration, as well. We had four dozen eggs onboard for 45 days in 80 degree heat and they were fine 😁 just has to be local, unwashed farm eggs, which are easy to get here in Florida

Looks good..and fast.
Amazing bridge deck with all those windows and sliding doors…but when a wave smashes into them?
Giant waves nearly splash on the “plastic” front windows, if water gets in, it drains before it gets to the sliders. It’s really dry in there.
@@SailingSecondStar-pj3ww …then you haven’t been in giant waves, just big ones….hope you never will be.
Beautiful boat, good choice , what’s your plan to travelling ? Will you bring the boat in Canada ?
❤hopefully one day soon we will get to Canada! Virgin Islands for the winter and hopefully the World ARC in 2025
Fantastic boat, congrats! You may want to lower the music volume on future videos, hard to hear your voices sometimes.
Moi aussi, je trouve que le volume de la musique est trop fort.
Looks like this boat is only inside space. There is nowhere to sit or have lunch outside. The table inside looks small. But its fast
